Abstract
This study aims to determine the location of logistics hub which is best to be selected for the importation of operational goods needed by oil and gas industry companies. The criteria and sub criteria which are prioritized will be one of the results of the study by conducting discussions and interviews with the expert and managers of PT X. Based on some criteria and sub-criteria that will be determined the preferred logistic hub which most benefit for the company. In this research, for choosing the best Logistic Hub, AHP method is applied to obtain the pair-wise comparisons of the relative importance of the criteria. To make rating and ranking of the best Logistic Hub, calculate the weight of criteria and sub criteria with qualitative assesment scale. From the calculation of the weight or relative importance of the criteria, Location is considered as the first important criteria for Selecting the best Logistic Hub with weight 22.1%, followed by Time (17.9%), HSE (17.8%), Quality (13.1%), Cost (12.0%), Service (8.7%) and Management (8.3%). From the calculation the weight of criteria and sub criteria by Matrix, Local Hub PLB Balikpapan is considered as the best Logistic Hub closeness to the ideal solution as follow: Local Hub - PLB Balikpapan (20.81%), Regional Hub Singapore (16.66%), Local Hub - Batam (16.00%), Global Hub Asia (15.88%), Global Hub Europe (15.59%) and Global Hub USA (15.06%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan memilih logistics hub yang paling baik untuk
importasi barang-barang kebutuhan operasi perusahaan industri minyak dan gas.
Kriteria apa yang dipentingkan akan menjadi salah satu hasil penelitian dengan
melakukan diskusi dan wawancara dengan para manajer PT X. Berdasarkan
beberapa kriteria dan sub kriteria yang dipentingkan akan ditentukan logistic hub
mana yang paling menguntungkan perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini untuk
menentukan Logistic Hub terbaik, Metode AHP diaplikasikan untuk memperoleh
komparasi pair-wise dari kepentingan relatif kriteria.Untuk membuat peringkatdan
peringkat Logistic Hub terbaik,maka bobot kriteria dan sub-kriteria dihitung dengan
skala penilaian kualitatif. Dari perhitungan bobot atau kepentingan relatif kriteria
Lokasi dianggap sebagai kriteria penting pertama untuk memilih Logistic Hub
terbaik dengan bobot 22,1%, diikuti oleh Waktu (17,9%), HSE (17,8%), Kualitas
(13,1% ), Biaya (12,0%), Layanan (8,7%) dan Manajemen (8,3%). Dari
perhitungan bobot kriteria dan sub kriteria oleh Matrix, Local Hub PLB Balikpapan
dianggap sebagai Logistic Hub terbaik dengan solusi ideal sebagai berikut: Local
Hub - PLB Balikpapan (20.81%), Regional Hub Singapore (16.66%), Local Hub -
