Abstract
Salah satu daerah di Jawa Timur yang memiliki banyak
industri adalah Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki
18 kecamatan. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mojokerto mencatat ISPA
sebagai penyakit nomer satu yang paling banyak jumlah penderitanya.
Penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor
yang mempengaruhi kasus penyakit ISPA di kabupaten
Mojokerto. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah pemodelan dengan
menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan
untuk analisis diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Kesehatan
kabupaten Mojokerto. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari Dinas
Kesehatan Kabupaten Mojokerto berupa variabel Penderita ISPA (Y),
Rumah Sehat (X2), Kepemilikan Jamban Sehat (X3), Kepadatan
penduduk (X4) dan Rata-rata jiwa per rumah tangga (X5). Sedangkan
untuk variabel Jumlah Industri (X1) dan Usaha Peternakan (X6) berasal
dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan
yang didapat adalah seluruh variabel yang digunakan memiliki
kontribusi sebesar 52,7%. Dan pada model yang didapat menjelaskan
bahwa jika sanitasi dasar lingkungan berupa kepemilikan jamban yang
sehat bertambah sebesar satu persen maka akan mengurangi persentase
ISPA sebesar 0,00675 persen. Jadi salah satu keadaan lingkungan
berupa sanitasi dasar di kabupaten Mojokerto yang dapat ditingkatkan
atau dijaga kebersihannya adalah kepemilikan jamban yang sehat pada
setiap rumah yang ada.

One of the areas in East Java which has a lot of industry is
Mojokerto. Mojokerto Regency has 18 districts. Mojokerto District
Health Office noted ISPA as the number one disease that is the most
number of sufferers. The present study was conducted to determine the
factors that affect the cases of respiratory disease in Mojokerto regency.
Analysis is conducted modeling using multiple linear regression
analysis. The data used for the analysis was obtained from the Central
Bureau of Statistics and the Health Department Mojokerto district.
Data obtained from the Departments of Health in the form of a variable
Mojokerto Patients ISPA (Y), Healthy Homes (X2), Healthy Latrine
Ownership (X3), population density (X4) and average persons per
household (X5). As for the variable Total Industry (X1) and Business
Livestock (X6) is derived from the Central Bureau of Statistics East
Java. Results of the analysis and discussion of all variables obtained is
used has a contribution of 52.7%. And the models obtained explained
that if the basic environmental sanitation in the form of ownership
healthy latrine increased by one percent will reduce the percentage of
ISPA at 0.00675 percent. So one of the state of the environment in the
form of basic sanitation in the district of Mojokerto which can be
increased or kept clean is a healthy latrine ownership on any existing
home
