Abstract
Sensor emas terlapis NiO nanopartikel pada probe Quartz
Crystal Microbalance (QCM) telah berhasil dibuat. NiO
nanopartikel dilapiskan pada permukaan sensor emas QCM
berfungsi sebagai partikel aktif. Sensor emas QCM yang telah
termodifikasi NiO nanopartikel dipasang pada crystal holder dan
dicelupkan pada larutan gelatin sapi dan larutan gelatin babi
dengan konsentrasi 100, 200, 300, 400, dan 500 ppm untuk
menguji perbedaan frekuensi yang teramati pada larutan gelatin
sapi dan larutan gelatin babi. Sensor emas termodifikasi NiO
nanopartikel ini dapat membedakan larutan gelatin sapi dan
larutan gelatin babi

Gold sensing modified with NiO nanoparticle Quartz
Crystal Microbalance has been succesfully prepared. NiO
nanoparticles coated on the surface of gold sensing QCM serves
as the active particles. Gold sensing QCM modified NiO
nanoparticles was used to test the differences between bovine and
porcine gelatine by dipping the probe and crystal holder QCM to
solution of bovine gelatine and porcine gelatine with
concentration 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 ppm. Gold sensing
QCM modified NiO nanoparticles can differentiate bovine
gelatine solution and porcine gelatine solution.
