Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang di zaman sekarang memberikan
manfaat sangat besar bagi pelaku bisnis. Pelaku bisnis tidak lagi mengalami
kesulitan dalam meningkatkan aktivitas bisnis. Teknologi informasi yang
digunakan dalam meningkatkan aktivitas bisnis salah satunya menggunakan situs
web e-commerce. Situs web e-commerce yang memiliki kualitas baik memiliki
umur yang panjang. Situs web e-commerce yang memiliki kualitas baik dapat
dilihat dari antarmuka dan fungsional perangkat lunak.
Situs web e-commerce yang berkualitas dibutuhkan model evaluasi untuk setiap
karakteristik yang akan diperbaiki atau dikembangkan. Untuk dapat menghasilkan
suatu evaluasi kualitas situs web e-commerce dibutuhkan model evaluasi dalam
menilai tingkat kualitas dari setiap karakteristik perangkat lunak pada situs web ecommerce. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu model evaluasi yang digunakan untuk
mengukur kualitas aplikasi situs web e-commerce.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak
untuk aplikasi situs web e-commerce berdasarkan karakteristik pada functional
suitability, performance efficiency, reliability dan usability pada ISO/IEC 25010.
Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Fuzzy Mamdani untuk mengklasifikasi kualitas
dari situs web e-commerce berdasarkan karakteristik dan optimasi nilai fungsi
keanggotaan pada Fuzzy Mamdani menggunakan Particlel Swarm Optimazation.
Hasil evaluasi yang didapat dari klasifikasi kualitas situs web e-commerce pada
karakteristik functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability dan reliability
berdasarkan ISO 25010 menghasilkan nilai accurasy sebesar 0.684%.

Information technology that developed in the present time provides great
benefits for business people. Business people no longer have difficulty in increasing
business activities. Information technology used in increasing business activities is
one of them using an e-commerce website. E-commerce websites that have good
quality have a long life. E-commerce websites that have good quality can be seen
from the interface and functional software.
Quality e-commerce websites need an evaluation model for each characteristic
that will be improved or developed. To be able to produce an evaluation of the
quality of e-commerce websites, an evaluation model is needed to assess the quality
level of each software characteristic on an e-commerce website. Therefore, an
evaluation model is needed to measure the quality of e-commerce website
applications.
This study proposes a software quality evaluation model for e-commerce
website applications based on the characteristics of functional suitability,
performance efficiency, reliability and usability at ISO / IEC 25010. In this study,
Fuzzy Mamdani used to classify the quality of e-commerce based on characteristics
and optimization of membership function values on Fuzzy Mamdani using Particle
Swarm Optimazation.
The evaluation results obtained from the classification of the quality of ecommerce websites based on the characteristics of functional suitability,
performance efficiency, usability and reliability based on ISO 25010 resulted in an
accuracy value of 0.684.
