Abstract

Dalam menjalankan suatu proyek, dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan yang matang untuk menyusun penjadwalan proyek. Berbagai macam metode penjadwalan telah banyak digunakan saat ini. Salah satunya yaitu metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PDM (Precedence Diagram Method). Namun metode CPM dan PDM hanya menggnakan asumsi bahwa durasi kegiatan telah diketahui dengan pasti. Kenyataanya, kondisi di lapangan banyak kegiatan proyek yang tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Untuk itu dibutuhkan prosedur penjadwalan proyek dengan asumsi kegiatan proyek dianggap belum diketahui secara tidak pasti atau secara umum dinamakan dengan metode penjadwalan probabilistic. Metode yang dapat diguunakan untuk penjadwalan secara probabilistik adalah metode PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). Metode PERT menggunakan tiga asumsi waktu dalam satu kegiatan yaitu waktu optimistic (waktu tercepat), waktu pesimistic (waktu selambat-lambatnya), dan waktu paling sering terjadi (waktu rata-rata). Dengan menggunakan network diagram untuk menentukan jaringan kerja/network dan lintasan kritis dari kegiatan proyek; mteode PERT untuk mancari adanya kemungkinan peluang tercapainya target penyelesaian proyek dengan dasar ketidakpastian. Dan dilakukan simulasi monte carlo untuk mendapatkan tingkat prioritas tiap kegiatan proyek pembangunan circulating close cooling water system. Sehingga didapatkan hasil yaitu, dengan menggunakan metode PERT didapatkan hasil minimum durasi 196 hari; rata-rata durasi 210 hari; dan waktu maksimum 260 hari; dengan tingkat probabilitas penyelesaian proyek selesai selama 210 hari sebesar 92%. Sedangkan mwnggunakan simulasi monte carlo didapatkan hasil minimum durasi 178 hari; rata-rata durasi 196 hari; dan waktu maksimum 214 hari; dengan tingkat probailitas penyelesaian proyek selama 210 hari sebesar 98%. Aktivitas yang terdapat pada lintasan kritis terdiri dari 34 aktivitas, 3 diantaranya memiliki critical index, varians, dan tingkat sensitivitas yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga 3 kegiatan tersebut kemungkinan kegiatan yang harus diprioritaskan.

One of them is the CPM (Critical Path Method) and PDM (precedence Diagram Method). But the CPM and PDM methods only use the assumption that the duration of the activity is considered to be known with certainty. In fact, the condition in the field are many project activities that are not known with certainty. for this reason, a project scheduling procedure is required assuming that the project activities are not known with uncertainty, generally called the probabilistic schedulling method. the method that can be used for probabilistic scheduling is the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) Method. The PERT method uses three time assumptions in one certainty, that was optimistic time (fastest time), pessimistic time (no later than time), and the most frequent time (average time) occurs. by using network diagram to determine network and critical of project activities; PERT method to find the possibility o achieving the target of project completion with the basis of uncertainty. and a monte carlo simulations is carried out to get the priority level for each activity of the circulating close cooling water system development project. So that the result obtained are, by using the PERT method the minimum result are 196 days; average duration of 210 days; and maximum time of 260 days; with a probability level of completion of the project completed 210 days at 92%. whereas using the monte carlo simulation, the minimm duration of 178 days; average duration of 196 days; and the maximum time is 214 days; with a probability of completion of the project for 210 days at 98%. Activities contained in critical consist of 34 activities, 3 of that which have critical index, variance, and a faily high level of sensitivity. So that the 3 activities must be prioritized.
