Abstract
Kota Surabaya merupakan kota metropolitan terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah kota Jakarta dengan tingkat perkembangan yang sangat pesat juga dengan tingkat dinamika dan aktivitas yang sangat tinggi pula. Dalam aspek lingkungan, sektor air bersih berhadapan dengan kondisi sosial dan mempengaruhi alokasi sumberdaya air. Sinergi antara aspek lingkungan dan sosial dapat menentukan perilaku pengelolaan sumberdaya air dan permintaan air bersih.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran kualitas air tanah di Kota Surabaya dengan memanfaatkan hasil data yang telah diambil di lapangan dan data yang telah ada pada instansi terkait. Data yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini antara lain : Peta Rupa Bumi Indonesia Kota Surabaya dan hasil analisis laboran terhadap titik sampel air yang telah diambil.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya peta kualitas air tanah Kota Surabaya berdasarkan parameter yang telah ditetapkan PERMENKES no 27 tahun 2017 yaitu (Kekeruhan, Warna, TDS, Kesadahan, Besi, Fluorida, Mangan, Nitrat, Nitrit, pH, Seng, Sulfat, Timbal, Deterjen, dan Kalium Permanganat) dan dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas air di Kota Surabaya masih dominan air bersih dikarenakan 9 parameter masih berdominan air bersih, yakni Besi, Florida, Kekeruhan, Kesadahan, Nitrat, pH, TDS, Timbal dan Warna.
Dari hasil pengolahan. Dari parameter yang diambil dihasilkan peta identifikasi kualitas air tanah serta berbasis webgis ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dan bahan pertimbangan bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan pihak pihak terkait dalam upaya pengelolaan kualitas air tanah di Kota Surabaya, dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

The city of Surabaya is the second largest metropolitan city in Indonesia after the city of Jakarta with a very rapid rate of development also with the level of dynamics and activity is very high as well. In the environmental aspects, the water sector is faced with social conditions and affects the allocation of water resources. Synergy between environmental and social aspects can determine the behavior of water resources management and demand for clean water.
This study aims to determine the distribution of ground water quality in Surabaya City by utilizing the results of data that has been taken in the field and data that already exist in the relevant agencies. Data needed in this research are: Surabaya Earth Rupa Map Surabaya and result of laboratory analysis to water sample point taken.
The result of this research is the formation of groundwater quality map of Surabaya City based on parameters that have been determined by PERMENKES no 27 in 2017 (Color, Turbidity, TDS, Hardness, Iron, Fluoride, Manganese, Nitrate, Nitrite, pH, Sulfate, Zinc, Timbale, Detergents, and Potassium Permanganate). And wew know that water quality in Surabaya City still have dominated by clean water because of 9 parametres still have value of clean water, such as Iron, Fluoride, Turbidity, Hardness, Nitrat, pH, TDS, Timbal and Color.
From the parameters taken the value of groundwater quality can be produced groundwater quality identification map who based on webgis is expected to become a reference and consideration for Surabaya City Government and related parties in the effort of water quality management in Surabaya City, and as a consideration for further research.
