Abstract

Sistem rangka bresing merupakan salah satu pilihan untuk perencanaan gedung baja tahan gempa. Sistem tersebut adalah salah satu pilihan yang lebih mudah untuk diaplikasikan di Indonesia dikarenakan ketersediaan bahannya yang mudah didapat. Sistem rangka bresing eksentris merupakan modifikasi dari bresing konsentris, dimana bagian yang harus leleh adalah bagian link sehingga untuk memastikan terjadinya pelelehan pada bagian tersebut menjadi lebih mudah.
Gedung Apartemen Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon akan direncanakan ulang dengan menggunakan struktur baja beton komposit Concrete-Filled Steel Tube atau CFT dengan sistem penahan lateral bresing eksentris atau eccentrically braced frames (EBF) dengan sistem yang memiliki ketinggian 20 lantai dan 1 basement. Konfigurasi yang digunakan adalah Two-Story-X-Braced. Perencanaan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013, dan SNI 1727:2013.
Dari hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu: tebal pelat lantai dan atap dengan menggunakan bondek ialah 10 cm, dimensi balok induk WF 600x300x14x23, panjang elemen link 200 cm dengan dimensi 500x200x9x14, dimensi bresing WF 500x200x11x19, dimensi kolom CFT 700x700x40. Perencanaan bangunan bawah menggunakan dinding penahan dengan tipe cantilever wall beton dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton dengan diameter 80 cm dan kedalaman 28 meter. Dimensi sloof 30/40.

Braced frame system is one of the system used in ductile building design. This system is favorable in Indonesia because the materials needed are easily accessible. Eccentrically braced frame system is a modification of concentrically braced frame system, where the link has to yield.In this final project, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon Apartment is modified using composite-steel structure Concrete-Filled Steel Tube or CFT with eccentrically braced frames (EBF) system which has 20 floors and 1 basement. The configuration used for EBF is Two-Story-X-Braced. Design meets the requirements of structural safety based on SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013, and SNI 1727:2013. From the analysis, the obtained results are: thickness of floor and roof plates are 10 cm, dimension of primary beams used is WF 600x300x14x23, link element length is 200 cm and the dimension of the link is 500x200x9x14, bracing dimension is WF 500x200x11x19, and column dimension is CFT 700x700x40. Basement and foundation planning consists of retaining wall using cantilever wall type, and foundation using concrete piles with 80 cm diameter 28 meters deep. The dimension of sloof is 30/40 cm.
