Abstract

Pengiriman unit mobil mengalami perubahan yang fluktuatif selama tahun 2010 hingga 2017 di PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal. Perubahan fluktuatif ini terjadi pada produk mobil ekspor maupun mobil impor, untuk mobil ekspor mengalami perubahan fluktuatif sebesar 17% setiap tahunnya dengan total produksi selama 2010 hingga 2017 sebesar 1,361,541 unit dan produk impor mengalami perubahan fluktuatif sebesar 0,4% setiap tahunnya dengan total produksi sebesar 845,416 unit. Pada tahun 2017 total produksi dari PT.Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal untuk muatan impor sebesar 84,183 unit dan muatan ekspor sebesar 228,556 unit. Dengan adanya perubahan fluktuatif arus muatan mobil ekspor/impor tersebut berdampak pada jumlah kedatangan truk car carrier ke PT.Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal sebanyak 11,564 untuk truk car carrier muatan ekspor dan sebanyak 3,977 untuk truk car carrier muatan impor. Hal ini mengakibatkan antrian truk car carrier dengan jumlah antrian 5 unit pada setiap harinya dengan lama antrian antrian selama 5 sampai 10 menit pada saat akan melakukan bongkar/muat dan proses administrasi saat truk car carrier masuk gate terminal selama 1 sampai 2 menit, saat melakukan bongkar/muat rata-rata 74 menit dan terakhir proses administrasi truk car carrier keluar gate terminal selama 1 sampai 2 menit . Terjadinya antrian akibat terbatasnya area untuk melakukan bongkar atau muat truk, dengan masing-masing slot tersedia hanya 15 slot. Tujuan penelitian ini menentukan alternatif terbaik sebagai upaya penurunan jumlah antrian yang ada dengan metode simulasi diskrit. Hasil dari skenario terpilih berdasarkan running model simulasi diskrit yaitu skenario ke 2 dengan penggabungan slot tersedia sekarang dan jumlah antrian tiap harinya adalah 1 unit truk dengan jumlah benefit sebesar 2,5 Miliar-Rp/tahun.

Shipments of car units have fluctuated during 2010 to 2017 at PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal. These fluctuating changes occur in export car products and imported cars, for export cars experiencing fluctuating changes of 17% annually with total production during 2010 to 2017 amounting to 1,361,541 units and imported products undergoing fluctuating changes by 0.4% annually with a total production of 845,416 units. In 2017 the total production of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal for import cargo was 84,183 units and export cargo was 228,556 units. With the fluctuating changes in the cargo flow of export / import cars, the number of arrivals of car carrier trucks to PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal came in as much as 11,564 for export carrier car trucks and as many as 3,977 for imported cargo car carrier trucks. This results in a queue of car carrier trucks with a number of queues of 5 units each day with a long queue queue for 5 to 10 minutes when going to unload / load and administer when the truck car carrier enters the gate terminal for 1 to 2 minutes, when unloading / load an average of 74 minutes and the last administrative process of the truck car carrier out the terminal gate for 1 to 2 minutes. The occurrence of queues due to the limited area for loading or loading trucks, with each slot available only 15 slots. The purpose of this study is to determine the best alternative as an effort to reduce the number of existing queues with discrete simulation methods. The results of selected scenarios are based on running a discrete simulation model, namely scenario 2 with the merger of available slots now and the number of queues each day is 1 truck unit with a total benefit of 2.5 billion-Rp / year.
