Abstract

Pulau Bawean merupakan pulau yang terletak di laut Jawa tepatnya 152 km sebelah utara Kota Gresik, untuk bisa sampai ke Pulau yang kaya akan destinasi wisata itu dibutuhkan moda transportasi laut dari Pelabuhan Gresik ataupun Pelabuhan Paciran Lamongan. Moda transportasi laut ini merupakan satu-satunya akses untuk menuju ke Pulau Bawean dengan estimasi waktu perjalanan antara 4 sampai 5 jam. Pada tahun 2016 telah di resmikan bandara perintis di pulau tersebut yaitu Bandara Harun thohir yang mana berarti akan di operasikannya moda transportasi udara untuk pengembangan akses ke pulau tersebut dimana pesawat akan landing dari Bandara Juanda Sidoarjo dan take off di Bandara Harun Thohir Bawean begitupun sebaliknya. Dengan esatimasi waktu perjalanan hanya 45 menit. Dengan beroperasinya moda transportasi udara ini mungkin akan berpengaruh terhadap moda transportasi laut yang merupakan akses tunggal yang melayani rute ke Pulau Bawean. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini di buat untuk menganalisis dari segi biaya dan waktu masing-masing moda transportasi dengan metode Studi Komparasi yang nantinya akan dilakukan analisis sensitivitasnya dan nantinya di harapkan akan mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimum baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya untuk analisis perbandingan angkutan antar moda ke Pulau Bawean ini.

Bawean Island is an island located on the Java sea, precisely 152 km north of the city of Gresik, which have so many beautiful tourist destination. The way to go there is use sea transportation from Gresik port or Paciran Lamongan port. This sea transportation is the only access to Bawean Island with an estimated travel time of 4 to 5 hours. In 2016 a small airport was opened on the island, namely Harun thohir airport, which means air transportation modes will be operated where the plane will take off from Juanda airport in Sidoarjo and landing at Harun thohir bawean airport and vice versa, with the estimate of travel time is only 45 minutes. With the operation of the air transportation, this may affect the mode of sea transportation which previously the only route to Bawean Island. Therefore, this research was made to analyze in terms of the cost and time of each mode of transportation with the comparative study method which will be carried out with sensitivity analysis and later expected to get the most optimum results both in terms of time and cost for the analysis of intermodal transportation comparison to Bawean Island.
