Abstract

Industri kimia konstruksi di Indonesia sebagai pendukung teknologi konstruksi semakin berkembang. PT. YZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kimia konstruksi dan berasal dari dalam negeri. PT. YZ telah mengalami peningkatan penjualan sebesar 51% pada tahun 2016 dan 71% pada tahun 2017. Namun pada tahun 2018, penjualan PT. YZ mengalami penurunan sebesar 16% akibat situasi bisnis yang melemah. Dalam meningkatkan daya saing dalam industri kimia konstruksi di Indonesia, perusahaan melakukan Business Planning dalam pembuatan Product Portfolio yang sesuai dengan model bisnis PT. YZ. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah matriks IE, matriks BCG, matriks QSPM, Business Model Canvas, dan Balanced Scorecard.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, strategi yang terbaik adalah menambah 100 karyawan dan membuka 5 cabang di luar Jawa. Untuk menerapkap strategi baru dalam perusahaan ini maka Produk Portfolio dan Business Model Canvas didesain ulang. Kemudian 9 blok dari Business Model Canvas dikonversi ke dalam Balanced scorecard dan Strategy Map.

The chemical construction industry in Indonesia as a support for construction technology is growing. PT. YZ is a company engaged in chemical construction and originating from within the country. PT. YZ has experienced a sales increase of 51% in 2016 and 71% in 2017. But in 2018, the sale of PT. YZ decreased by 16% due to a weak business situation. PT. YZ has several product segments, including admixture, coating, and supporting products. To improve competitive advantage in the chemical construction industry in Indonesia, the company carried out Business Planning in the production of Product Portfolio in accordance with the business model of PT. YZ. The method used in this study is IE matrix, BCG Matrix, QSPM Matrix, Business Model Canvas, and Balanced Scorecard.
Based on the analysis of the company's internal and external conditions, the best strategy is to add 100 employees and open 5 branches outside Java. To apply a new strategy in the company, Product Portfolio and Business Model Canvas are redesigned. Then 9 blocks from the business model canvas are converted into the Balance Scorecard and Strategy Map.
