Abstract
Dari hasil analisa jadwal keterlambatan proyek konversi kapal tanker, didapatkan kegiatan kritis sebagai berikut: Award Subcont (PO) – Fatigue Analysis & Recommendation – Support Structure (Overboard Water Treatment) – Accommodation Plan Upgrading – Cargo System – Intact Stability Analysis – Damage Stability Analysis – Longitudinal Strength Analysis – Inclining Test Procedure – Entry Shipyard – Visual Inspection and Necessary Thickness Measurement – Replatting – Chain Stopper Installation – A-Frame Installation – Hook-Up Gear Installation – Deck Strengthening and Support Structure – Install QRH & Foundation – Extention to the loading and Unloading Manifold – Fire Monitor Installation – Fire and Gas Detector Installation – Jockey Pump Installation – Feed Pump Installation – Piping Installation and Integration to Hydrocyclone Skid – Certification – Document Handling Over – Sail Away. Dari hasil analisa keterlambatan proyek didapatkan kegiatan dengan indeks keterlambatan paling tinggi adalah kegiatan Cargo System dengan indeks keterlambatan sebesar 0.18 sementara untuk kegiatan dengan indeks keterlambatan paling rendah adalah kegiatan damage stability analysis dengan indeks keterlambatan sebesar 0.04. Dari hasil analisa biaya yang dilakukan pada proyek konversi kapal tanker dengan menggunakan 2 skenario, didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan skenario 1 durasi pengerjaan proyek dapat dipercepat selama 10 hari dengan total biaya menjadi Rp4.214.350.002. Sementara dengan skenario 2 didapatkan hasil durasi pengerjaan proyek konversi dapat dipercepat 21 hari dan total biaya proyek konversi menjadi Rp4.810.716.667

From the results of the schedule analysis for the delay of the tanker ship conversion project, the following critical activities were obtained: Award Subcont (PO) - Fatigue Analysis & Recommendation - Support Structure (Overboard Water Treatment) - Accommodation Plan Upgrading - Cargo System - Intact Stability Analysis - Damage Stability Analysis - Longitudinal Strength Analysis - Inclining Test Procedure - Shipyard Entry - Visual Inspection and Necessary Thickness Measurement - Replatting - Chain Stopper Installation - A-Frame Installation - Hook-Up Gear Installation - Strengthening and Support Structure Deck - Install QRH & Foundation - Extention to the loading and Unloading Manifold - Fire Monitor Installation - Fire and Gas Detector Installation - Jockey Pump Installation - Feed Pump Installation - Piping Installation and Integration to Hydrocyclone Skid - Certification - Document Handling Over - Sail Away. From the results of the project delay analysis, the activity with the highest delay index was cargo system activity with a delay index of 0.18 while the activity with the lowest delay index was damage stability analysis with a delay index of 0.04. From the results of the cost analysis carried out on the tanker conversion project using 2 scenarios, it was found that using scenario 1 the duration of project execution could be accelerated for 10 days with the total cost being IDR 4,414,350,002. While using scenario 2, the results of the duration of the conversion project can be accelerated by 21 days and the total cost of converting tanker projects to Rp. 4,810,716,667
