Abstract

Banyak alat pengasap ikan tradisional tanpa adanya sistem pengolah asap, asap sisa proses pengasapan ikan dibiarkan terbuang langsung tanpa ada proses pengolahan. Sehingga Asap yang mengandung senyawa seperti fenol, karbonil, asam dan hidrokarbon polisiklis aromatis yang bermanfaat serta memiliki nilai jual terbuang sia-sia dan menjadi polusi udara. Senyawa-senyawa ini dapat dihasilkan dengan cara mengkondensasikan asap sisa proses pengasapan.
Pembuatan alat destilasi asap cair ini berdasarkan dari studi literature dan peninjauan dilapangan lalu dilanjutkan dengan merencanakan design dan kontruksi alat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan proses manufaktur yang akan digunakan dalam proses produksi.
Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pembuatan alat ini adalah Rp3.719.222,55
Hasil Uji Coba Alat Destilasi Asap Didapatkan 0,6 liter asap cair grade C hasil dari proses penyulingan pertama dengan bahan baku 4kg batok kelapa dengan proses selama 30 menit dan Asap Cair Grade B sebanyak 0,15 liter dengan proses penyulingan selama 10 menit.

There are many of traditional fish smokers without a smoke processing system, the smoke left over from the fish fumigation process is left wasted directly without any processing. So that smoke containing compounds such as phenol, carbonyl, polycyclic aromatic acid and hydrocarbons that are useful and have selling value only become air pollution. These compounds can be produced by condensing the remaining smoke from the fumigation process.
The making of this liquid smoke distillation tool is based on a literature study and a review in the home industry then proceed with planning the design and construction of the tool then proceed with the selection of manufacturing processes to be used in the production process.
The costs incurred for making this tool are Rp. 3,719,222.55
Test Results of Smoke Distillation Equipment Obtained 0.6 liters of C grade liquid smoke from the first distillation process with a raw material of 4kg coconut shell with 30 minutes process and 0.15 liters of Grade B Liquid Smoke with a distillation process for 10 minutes.
