Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia yang
semakin pesat mendorong munculnya banyak produsen otomotif. Salah satu
produsen otomotif di Indonesia adalah PT X. Dalam mempertahankan daya
saingnya, PT X berupaya untuk meminimasi biaya. Sebagai perusahaan otomotif
yang dipasok banyak pemasok maka sistem pengiriman komponen menjadi sangat
penting. Adanya kondisi fluktuasi biaya bahan bakar, maka biaya logistik
pengiriman komponen berpotensi untuk diminimasi. Dalam meminimasi biaya
logistik tersebut selama ini PT X menerapkan sistem pengangkutan milkrun untuk
mengirim komponen. Efektifitas dan efisiensi rencana pengiriman dengan sistem
ini selain diukur dari aspek biaya juga diukur dari aspek utilitas volume truk.
Pencapaian utlitas truk untuk pabrik B PT X selama enam bulan pengamatan
belum mencapai target. Sehingga akan dilakukan perencanaan rute dengan
beberapa alternatif untuk meningkatkan utilitas truk dan mengurangi biaya
pengiriman.
Dalam proses penyelesaian masalah ini, dikembangkan empat skenario
rencana pengiriman yaitu skenario 1 (rute dari klaster lama PT X), skenario 2
(rute dari klaster perbaikan), skenario 3 (rute dari klaster baru) dan skenario 4
(rute dari perbaikan rute lama). Klaster perbaikan diperoleh dengan menggunakan
metode klasifikasi K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) sedangkan klaster baru
menggunakan teknik klaster Divisive. Penentuan rute pada tiga skenario pertama
menggunakan penggabungan Saving Method heuristic dan Nearest Neighbor serta
langkah modifikasi tambahan. Sedangkan pada skenario terahir hanya digunakan
langkah modifikasi tambahan karena sudah terbentuk rute. Pemilihan skenario
rencana pengiriman dinilai dari aspek utilitas truk dan biayanya.
Pendekatan perhitungan dan analisa yang dilakukan menghasilkan bahwa
empat alternatif pengiriman lebih baik dari rute pengiriman lama dan rencana
pengiriman terbaik adalah skenario 2 (rute kelompok perbaikan) dan penghematan
sebesar 22.6% dengan utilitas truk sebesar 90%. Klaster pemasok yang terbentuk
berpengaruh besar terhadap rute dan pencapaiannya. ========== Growth in number of automotive user in Indonesia that more rapidly
encourage the emergence of many automotive manufacturers. One of automotive
manufacturers is PT X. in maintaining its competitiveness, PT X makes serious
efforts to minimize cost. As automotive company that supplied by many suppliers,
the delivery system of part becomes very important. The condition of the rising
cost of fuel, parts delivery logistic cost has the potential to be minimized. In
minimizing logistic cost, during this PT X apply milkrun transport system to pick
up parts. Beside measured from the cost, effectiveness and efficiency of the
delivery planning with this system also measured from truck volume utility. Truck
utility achievement for plant B PT X during six month of reservation has not
reached the target. So it will be route planning with some alternatives for
increasing truck utility and delivery cost minimizing.
In this problem solving process, generated four scenario of delivery
planning, they are scenario 1 (route from old cluster PT X), scenario 2 (route from
improved cluster), scenario 3 (route from new cluster) and scenario 4 (route from
improved old route). Improved cluster is obtained using K-Nearest Neighbor
(KNN) classification method, while new cluster is obtained using Divisive
hierarchy cluster technique. Route planning on first three scenario is obtained
using combination of Saving Method heuristic and Nearest Neighbor and
additional modification step. On the last scenario, route is obtained just using
additional modification step because route is already built. Selection of scenario
of delivery planning is assessed on the aspects of truck utility and the cost
Calculation approach and analysis get the result that four delivery
alternatives are better than existing delivery route and the best delivery planning is
scenario 2 (route from improve cluster/group) with 22.6% saving and 90% truck
utility. Supplier cluster that formed has big impact on route and its achievement
