Abstract

Perencanaan Gedung Perkantoran The Samator setinggi
20 lantai (±78,5,00 m) ini dirancang dengan beton bertulang
biasa pada keseluruhan lantai. Pada setiap lantainya terdapat
ruangan dengan balok bentang 16 meter. Secara penerapan,
penggunaan bahan dan material dinilai tidak efektif
menggunakan beton bertulang, sebagai langkah efektif
perencanaan ulang dibuat menggunakan beton pratekan.
Dalam perkembangannya system balok pratekan dalam
perencanaan gedung membutuhkan pertimbangan tertentu seperti
penggunaan system pratekan parsial untuk menambah
kemampuan menahan beban lateral, penggunaan system post
tension (pasca tarik) untuk kemudahan konstruksi pada gedung.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dibahas perencanaan dengan
menggunakan beton pratekan. Perencanaan yang dilakukan
pada The Samator meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder,
struktur utama pratekan maupun non-pratekan, perhitungan
pondasi, serta metode pelaksanaan dari pembangunan gedung
tersebut termasuk konstruksi yang mempertimbangkan eliminasi
momen tahanan kolom terhadap post-tension balok (momen
resisting coloumn). Dalam perencanaan beton pratekan penulis
menggunakan perhitungan khusus mengenai dimensi dan
pemberian gaya pratekan, serta kontrol yang disesuaikan dengan
beton pratekan.Untuk perencanaan beton bertulang biasa penulis menggunakan perhitungan dan peraturan yang sesuai dengan syarat beton bertulang biasa.
Perencanaan ini harus memenuhi peraturan mengenai
bangunan tahan gempa yang terbaru, seperti SNI 03-2847-2013,
SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 03-1726-2012, PPIUG 1983, serta ACI
2008 (American Concrete Institute) khusus untuk pendetailan
beton pratekan dan aturan lain mengenai beton pratekan yang
sesuai dengan konsep bangunan tahan gempa. ========== The Samator Office Building That reach 20 floors (±
78,5,00 m) is designed with ordinary reinforced concrete on the
whole floor. On each floor there is a room with beams span 16
meters. In the application, the use of materials and material
considered ineffective use of reinforced concrete, as an effective
measure redesign created using prestressed concrete.
In the development of the system of prestressed beams in
the building design requires certain considerations such as the
use of partial prestressed system to add the ability to withstand
lateral loads, the use of post-tension system (after appeal) for
ease of construction on the building.
In this final project discussed designing using prestressed
concrete. design is done on the Samator include designing
secondary structure, the main structure of prestressed and nonprestressed,
the calculation of the foundation, as well as the
implementation of the method of construction of the building
including the construction of a moment to consider the
elimination of the column of prisoners post-tension beam
(moment resisting coloumn). In prestressed concrete plan writer
uses a special calculation of the dimensions and the provision of
prestressed force, and controls that are tailored to the prestressed
concrete. For the ordinary reinforced concrete planning authors use calculations and regulations in accordance with ordinary
reinforced concrete terms.
This design must comply with the regulations of the latest
earthquake-resistant buildings, such as the SNI 03-2847-2013,
SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 03-1726-2012, PPIUG 1983 and 2008
ACI (American Concrete Institute) specifically for prestressed
concrete detailing and other rules regarding prestressed concrete
in accordance with the concept of earthquake resistant buildings.
