Abstract

Bendungan Marangkayu ini terletak di Kecamatan
Marangkayu, Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan
Timur. Pembangunan Bendungan Marangkayu diharapkan mampu
mensuplai kebutuhan air irigasi dan kebutuhan domestik penduduk
disekitar Desa Sebuntal, Kecamatan Marangkayu.
Perencanaan Bangunan Pelimpah (Spillway) ini direncanakan
tegak lurus dengan tubuh Bendungan terletak disamping
Bendungan. Spillway direncanakan dengan Ogee tipe I lengkap
dengan bangunan pelengkap yaitu saluran pengarah, saluran transisi,
saluran peluncur, dan saluran peluncur terompet serta bangunan
peredam energi dengan tipe kolam olakan USBR Type IV. Analisa
biaya minimum dilakukan terhadap pekerjaan tanah urugan dan
pekerjaan beton K-300 untuk mendapat lebar optimum Bangunan
Pelimpah.
Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh curah
hujan rencana periode ulang 1000 tahun adalah sebesar 201,17 mm,
debit rencana periode ulang 1000 tahun adalah sebesar 402,37
m3/dtk. Dari hasil perhitungan analisa biaya didapat lebar optimum
spillway 34 meter dengan total biaya Rp. 105.631.581.367,98.
Mercu spillway dengan lebar 34 meter telah memenuhi syarat uji
seperti gaya-gaya/ yang bekerja dan kontrol stabilitas. ========== Marangkayu dam is located in Sub-District Marangkayu,
Kertanegara Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The
construction of Marangkayu Dam is expected to supply the needs of
irrigation and domestic needs of residents of the village of Sebuntal,
Sub-District Marangkayu.
The Spillway construction is planned perpendicular the body
of Dam in addition Dam. Spillway is designed using Ogee type,
complete with complement building: direction channel, transition
channel, launcher channel, trumpet channel, and stilling basin
USBR Type IV. The Minimum cost analysis conducted on earthworks
and concrete work K-300 to obtain the optimum width of the
spillway.
From the results of the calculations that had been done,
obtained rainfall return period of 1000 years is 201.17 mm, the
planned flood discharge return period of 1000 years is 402.37 m3/
dt. The cost analysis calculation results obtained optimum spillway
width is 34 meters with a total cost of Rp. 105,631,581,367.98. The
top point of spillway with a width of 34 meters to qualify the test
such as the forces or working and stability control.
