Abstract
UKM Love Apel merupakan produsen carang mas berbahan dasar apel yang memiliki berbagai tahapan dalam proses produksi pembuatan carang mas apel, salah satunya adalah pada proses pengurangan kadar air. Pada proses tersebut UKM Love apel masih melakukan pencgepresan secara manual dengan menggunakan alat pres berbahan kayu kemudian di tekan dengan menggunakan berat badan manusia. Proses tersebut masih kurang higienis dan efisien yang mana hanya mampu mengepres 25 kg apel dalam 1 hari, dan juga masih jauh dari kata aman karena alat yang digunakan masih berbahan kayu yang dapat patah sewaktu-waktu.
Berdasarkan survey pada proses manual maka dibuat mesin pengepres sari apel dengan sistem pneumatik. Bertujuan menghasilkan konsep dan rancangan sistem yang efisien, mudah, aman dan higienis pada mesin serta menyusun standart prosedur operasional melalui perhitungan. Sehingga menjadikan mesin pengepres sari apel berbasiskan teknologi.
Pada mesin pengepres sari apel ini menggunakan 1 silinder pneumatic dengan diameter silinder 50 mm dan gaya 882.9 N. Tabung press memiliki diameter 20 cm dan tinggi tabung 25 cm. Material yang digunakan yaitu stainless steel. Untuk frame yaitu plat baja tipe st 40 dengan ukuran 520x800x380mm. Mesin pengepres sari apel dengan menggunakan sistem pneumatik ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas industri kecil menengah.

UKM Love Apel is a producer of apple-based mas hives which have various stages in the production process of making mas apple seeds, one of which is in the process of reducing water content. In the process, UKM Love Apple is still doing manual pressing using wood presses then press using human body weight. The process is still less hygienic and efficient which is only able to press 25 kg of apples in 1 day, and is still far from safe because the tools used are still made of wood which can be broken at any time
Based on the survey of the manual process, an apple cider press machine is made with a pneumatic system. Aiming to produce concepts and system designs that are efficient, easy, safe and hygienic on the machine and compile standard operating procedures through calculations. So that makes an apple juice press
This apple cider press machine uses 1 pneumatic cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 50 mm and a force of 882.9 N. The press tube has a diameter of 20 cm and a tube height of 25 cm. The material used is stainless steel. For frames namely st 40 type steel plate with a size of 520x800x380mm. Apple cider press machine using this pneumatic system can improve the quality and productivity of small and medium industries.
