Abstract

Jembatan Cimandiri berada pada jalur yang merupakan
penghubung antara jalur lalu lintas Desa Tarisi dan Desa
Hagarmaneh, Sukabumi.Jembatan ini mempunyai panjang
bentang 80 m dan lebar 7 m.
Alasan Dipilihnya Jembatan Beton Pratekan dengan
Bentang Menerus pada perencanaan ini adalah pada segi
dimensi. Jika dibandingkan dengan alternatif balok seperti statis
tertentu, akan memerlukan dimensi yang cukup besar. Jembatan
ini direncanakan dengan struktur beton pratekan, dimana
gelagar/balok utama dibuatsecara precast dan lantai kendaraan
dicor kemudian (cast in situ). Pada jembatan ini tersebut selain
dipilih Jembatan Beton Pratekan balok dengan bentang menerus
(statis tak tentu) juga di lihat dalam segi arsitektural.
Tahap awal perencanaan adalah premilinary desain.
Kemudian dilakukan perencanaan gelagar memanjang (balok
pratekan) beserta jumlah tendon dan strandnya yang dilanjutkan
perhitungan kehilangan akibat rangkak, susut beton, slip angker,
lendutan serta kehilangan gaya prategang total dan juga
didapatkan bentuk tendon parabola. Kemudian memasuki tahap
akhir dari perencanaan struktur atas dilakukan perhitungan
dimensi perletakan.

Cimandiri Bridge is located on a way as a connection
between Tarisi Village and Hagarmaneh Village, Sukabumi. This
bridge itself has 80 m length and 7 m width.
The main reason of redesign this bridge structure into a
prestressed concrete continuous beam system is more concern on
dimensional section. If it is compared with another alternative
beam system, such as simple beam statically determinate, simple
beam design would absolutely give the bigger dimension output.
This Bridge will be design with prestressed concrete where the
main girder were precast girder, however the plate will be cor in
conservative way. Instead of only seeing modification from one
aspect, there also is a consideration from the architechtural
perspective.
The first step is preliminary design. And then followed by
calculating the dimension of girder and the other main structure
(include the amount of tendon and strands). After that, followed by
loss of prestressed calculation which consist of creep, shrinkage,
slip anchorage, etc. Finally, entering the last step of design which
is the support calculation.
