Abstract
Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa Bandarejo Surabaya
berada di Jalan Bandarejo, Sememi, Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil
Standart Penetration Test (SPT), diketahui bahwa gedung
dibangun di atas tanah dengan kondisi sedang. Dalam perhitungan
beban gempa rencana menggunakan metode respons spektrum.
Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standart desain yang
berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-1729-2002,
SNI 03-2847-2013, PPIUG 1983, dan PKKI NI-5. Berdasarkan
perhitungan gempa, Rusunawa Bandarejo termasuk dalam
kategori desain seismik C sehingga analisa strukturnya
menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah
(SRPMM)
Struktur utama pada gedung (balok,sloof, dan kolom) dan
komponen sekunder (pelat dan tangga) menggunakan struktur
beton bertulang. Pada atap menggunakan struktur beton

bertulang. Struktur bawah (poer dan sloof) dari bahan beton
bertulang, serta menggunakan tiang pancang untuk pondasinya.
Untuk balok dan pelat pada daerah hunian menggunakan metode
precast. Hasil dari bangunan tersebut mampu menahan gaya-gaya
yang terjadi pada bangunan antara lain gaya-gaya yang terjadi
akibat beban mati, beban hidup, beban angin, dan beban gempa.

Bandarejo Casual Flats takes place in Bandarejo
Street, Sememi, Surabaya. According to the result of
Standard Penetration Test, it is known that the building is
constructed on the ground with moderate condition. In the
calculation of earthquake loads is planned using spectrum
responses.
The regulations used is applicable design standard in
Indonesia which are SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-1729-2002,
SNI 03-2847-2013, PPIUG 1983 and PBBI 1971. Based on
the earthquake calculation, Bandarejo Casual Flats included
in seismic design category C, so that the analysis structure
uses Intermediate Moment Frame System Bearer method
(SRPMM).

The main structure of the building (girder, sloof and
column) and the secondary component (plate and staircase)
use reinforced concrete structure. On the roof uses
reinforced concrete structure too. The structure in the
bottom (poer and sloof) is made of reinforced concrete, and
also use piling as the foundation. For the girder and the plate
in the residential area is used precast method. The result of
the building itself is able to withstand the forces that occur
in the building, such as the forces caused by dead loads, live
loads, wind loads and seismic loads.
