Abstract
Kota Surabaya merupakan ibukota Provinsi Jawa Timur sekaligus menjadi kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia stelah Jakarta. Sebagai kota metropolitan, Surabaya menjadi tempat berkumpulnya penduduk dari berbagai daerah sehingga memiliki keanekaragaman corak dan budaya termasuk keanekaragaman kuliner. Itulah mengapa kebutuhan akan wisata kuliner semakin pesat di Surabaya dan masyarakat semakin gemar mencoba variasi makanan yang ada di Restaurant atau Café .Untuk itulah dibutuhkan Suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk membantu dalam memilih tujuan wisata kuliner di Surabaya.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan sistem informasi geografis berbasis Web menggunakan peta digital Kota Surabaya sebagai peta dasar serta data tabular dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Priwisata maupun hasil penelitian dilapangan sebagai atribut. Hasil dari penggabungan beberapa data tersebut akan ditampilkan pada web. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah WebGIS Kuliner Kota Surabaya yang berisi beberapa informasi, diantaranya informasi mengenai lokasi, atribut, fasilitas serta persebaran tempat kuliner di Kota Surabaya. WebGIS ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan memilih tempat berwisata kuliner yang ada di Kota Surabaya.

Surabaya is the capital of East Java province and the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta. As a metropolitan city, Surabaya became a gathering place for residents of various regions to have mixture of styles and cultural diversity, including culinary diversity. Therefore the need for more culinary tour in Surabaya is growing rapidly and people are increasingly fond of trying variations of food in the Restaurant or Café .That is why it takes a Geographic Information System to assist in choosing a culinary tour destination in Surabaya.
In this research, the making of geographic information system based on Web is conducted using digital map of Surabaya City as base map and tabular data from Department of Culture and Tourism and the field research result as attribute .
Results of merging some of the data will be displayed on the web. The end result of this research is webGIS Culinary Surabaya, which contains some of the informations, including information regarding the location, attributes, facilities, and distribution of culinary places in the city of Surabaya. This WebGIS aims to provide information of choosing a culinary tour destination in the city of Surabaya.
