Abstract
PT Japfa Comdeed Indonesia Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang agrofood. Salah satu dampak dari aktivitas produksi adalah adanya limbah yang dihasilkan. Selama ini PT JCI Tbk hanya melakukan pencacatan dalam memonitor proses pengolahan limbah, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas pengolahan limbah secara statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) dan pH. Adanya autokorelasi menyebabkan false alarm pada grafik kendali sehingga pada penelitian ini digunakan grafik kendali multivariat bersasis time series. Metode yang digunakan adalah grafik kendali kombinasi MEWMA di mana grafik kendali M2Z2 dan MZ digunakan untuk memonitor variabilitas proses dan mean proses. Pada analisis time series diperoleh model terbaik yang terpilih adalah VAR([1,5,8]) sehingga residual dari model tersebut digunakan untuk mengendalikan proses pengolahan limbah air. Pada fase I variabilitas proses dan mean proses telah stabil, dan pada fase II variabilitas proses telah stabil namun mean proses belum stabil. Kapabilitas proses diperoleh nilai MCp 4,51 dan MCpk 2,53 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa proses pengolahan limbah memiliki sebaran data yang dan proses telah kapabel.

PT Japfa Comdeed Indonesia Tbk is one of the companies engaged in agrofood. One of the effects of production activities is the presence of waste produced. PT JCI Tbk has only done a registration in monitoring the waste treatment process, so it is necessary to control the quality of wastewater processing statistically. This study uses two variables, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) and pH. The autocorrelation causes false alarms on the control chart so in this study were used a time series multivariate control charts. This research using combination MEWMA control chart methods, where M2Z2 and MZ control charts are used to monitor variability and mean process. In the time series analysis, the best model chosen is VAR ([1,5,8]) and the residuals of the model are used to control the wastewater treatment process. In phase I the variability and mean process were stable, in phase II variability was stable but the mean process was not stable. Process capability obtained MCp value 4,51 and MCpk 2,53 it means that the wastewater treatment process has a good precision and accuracy.
