Abstract

Berdasarkan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi setiap tahunnya di Indonesia, PLN tidak hanya berusaha memenuhi permintaan daya listrik yang semakin meningkat, selain itu PLN juga berusaha untuk memperbaiki mutu keandalan pelayanan. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut diperlukan pengembangan suatu penilaian terhadap indeks keandalan mutu pelayanan. Indeks keandalan tersebut yakni kerap kalinya waktu pemadaman dan durasi waktu pemadaman. Semakin kecil indeks keandalan maka dapat diartikan mutu pelayanan semakin baik. Pada Tugas Akhir ini studi keandalan diperlukan untuk menghitung nilai indeks keandalan dari sistem distribusi tegangan menengah 20kV pada pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Surabaya Utara Unit Layanan Pelanggan Ploso. Metode yang digunakan yakni Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dengan memperhitungkan laju kegagalan, waktu perbaikan (repair time) dan waktu pensaklaran (switching time) dari setiap komponen atau peralatan jaringan distribusi 20 kV. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis terhadap Penyulang Mojoarum didapatkan nilai indeks keandalan SAIFI sebesar 2,459 dan nilai indeks keandalan SAIDI sebesar 3,833488, serta setelah dilakukan upaya peningkatan keandalan menggunakan software ETAP 12.6.0 dengan penambahan peralatan pemutus berupa fuse maka didapatkan hasil perbaikan untuk nilai indeks keandalan SAIFI sebesar 2,0417 dan nilai indeks keandalan SAIDI sebesar 3,0440.

Based on the annual economic growth rate in Indonesia, PLN is not only trying to meet the increasing demand for electricity, but also PLN is trying to improve the quality of reliability service. In line with this, it is necessary to develop an assessment of the service quality reliability index. The reliability index is often the time of blackouts and the duration of blackouts. The smaller the reliability index can mean better service quality. In this Final Project reliability study is needed to calculate the reliability index value of the 20kV medium voltage distribution system at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Surabaya Utara Unit Layanan Pelanggan Ploso. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is the method used by calculating the failure rate, repair time and switching time of each component or 20 kV distribution network equipment.
The results obtained from the analysis of Mojoarum Feeder obtained the SAIFI reliability index value of 2.459 and the SAIDI reliability index value of 3.833488, after attempts to increase reliability using ETAP 12.6.0 software with the addition of fuse breaker equipment, the results of improvement for reliability index values were obtained SAIFI is 2.0417 and the SAIDI reliability index value is 3.0440.
