Abstract
Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) merupakan sarana yang berfungsi untuk melayani pemenuhan kebutuhan akan bahan bakar bagi kendaraan bermotor masyarakat umum. Hingga 2017, kota Surabaya memiliki 85 SPBU, akan tetapi SPBU di Surabaya belum tersebar secara merata. Akibatnya terdapat daerah yang kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan BBM karena letak SPBU yang kurang terjangkau. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis pola persebaran SPBU dengan menggunakan metode spatial poisson point process untuk mendapatkan efektifitas lokasi SPBU di Surabaya yang dapat dilihat dari lokasi SPBU di wilayahnya. Pendekatan poisson process dilakukan karena setelah dilakukan pengujian distribusi, jumlah SPBU setiap lokasi mengikuti distribusi poisson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola persebaran SPBU tidak homogen atau inhomogeneous poisson process, kemudian model dari intensitas kepadatan SPBU di Surabaya didapatkan dengan menggunakan mixture poisson regression. Diketahui bahwa variabel kovariat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tidak ada yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penambahan SPBU, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan variabel kovariat yang lain.

Public refueling stations (fuel station) is a facility that function to serve the fulfillment of the need for fuel for motor vehicles in general public. Until 2017, Surabaya has 85 fuel stations, but it have not been spread evenly. Consequently, there are regions that difficulties in fulfilling the needs of fuel because the location of fuel station to less affordable. Therefore in this study an analysis of the distribution patterns of fuel station will be carried out using the spatial poisson point process method to obtain the effectiveness of fuel station locations in Surabaya that can be seen from the location of fuel station in their area. Poisson process approximation was done because after testing the distribution, the number of fuel station each location follow a poisson distribution. The results of the analysis show that fuel station distribution pattern is not homogeneous or inhomogeneous poisson process, then the model of the density of the fuel station in Surabaya was obtained using mixture poisson regression. It is known that none of the covariate variabels used in this study have a significant influence on the addition of fuel station, so that further research can be done by adding other covariate variabels.
