Abstract
PLTU Adipala merupakan salah satu pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang mempunyai peran penting dalam penambahan suplai energi listrik di sistem Jawa, Madura, dan Bali. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di PLTU ini adalah pendangkalan kolam labuh akibat pengendapan sedimen yang berasal dari sungai Serayu dan didukung dengan kondisi kolam pelabuhan yang terbuka. Hal ini menyebabkan kapal kesulitan melakukan proses bongkar batubara. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengerukan. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini ada empat area yang ditinjau, yaitu Alur 1, Alur 2, Alur 3 dan Kolam Dermaga. Total luas area yang dikeruk sebesar 218.108,36 m2. Perhitungan volume pengerukan menggunakan metode cross section area dan didapat volume sebesar 434.955,40 m3. Kapal yang cocok dipakai di lokasi adalah kapal keruk tipe TSHD dan Grab. Dari hasil perhitungan, kapal keruk yang paling efektif dan ekonomis adalah kapal keruk TSHD tipe A dengan waktu 28 hari dan total biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 31.790.877.012,-

Adipala Steam Power Plant (PLTU Adipala) plays an important role in supplying electricity to the Java–Madura–Bali (JAMALI) power system. One of the operational problems encountered at the plant is the sedimentation of the port basin caused by sediment transport from the Serayu River, which is further exacerbated by the open-port configuration. This sediment accumulation reduces the navigable depth of the basin, making it difficult for coal carrier vessels to perform unloading operations efficiently. Therefore, periodic dredging is required to restore the design depth of the port. This study evaluates four dredging areas, namely Port Channel 1, Port Channel 2, Port Channel 3, and the Port Basin, with a total dredging area of 218,108.36 m². The dredging volume was estimated using the cross-sectional area method, resulting in a total excavation volume of 434,955.40 m³. Two dredger types, namely the Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) and the Clamshell Dredger, were evaluated for their operational suitability. Based on the technical and economic analyses, the TSHD-A type was identified as the most effective and economical dredging alternative, requiring an estimated operation time of 28 days with a total project cost of IDR 31,790,877,012.
