Abstract
Sudah menjadi rutinitas di setiap institusi pendidikan untuk melakukan absensi setiap harinya. Absensi dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah orang yang hadir serta untuk mengetahui performa kedisiplinan orang-orang yang berada di dalam institusi pendidikan tersebut seperti hadir tepat waktu dan keluar sesuai jam pulang. SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya merupakan institusi pendidikan yang menggunakan absensi sebagai salah satu penilaian performa guru/karyawan dan murid. Saat ini di SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya pelaporan terkait absensi dilakukan secara manual baik itu untuk absensi kedatangan guru/karyawan dan siswa maupun guru dan siswa di kelas. Sayangnya dalam melakukan perekapan absensi secara manual banyak kesulitan yang dialami oleh SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya. Dalam penyampaian laporan kepada kepala sekolah di SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya hanya menggunakan laporan berupa data excel yang telah direkap. Maka dari itu, sebagai bentuk pelaporan kepada kepala sekolah maka dibutuhkan dashboard yang dapat mendukung pihak sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan dan monitoring. Dashboard absensi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode user centered design agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya.

It has become a routine in every educational institution to do attendance every day. Attendance is done to find out how many people are present and to know the disciplinary performance of the people who are in the educational institution such as being present on time and going out according to the school time. SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya is an educational institution that uses attendance as one of the assessments of the performance of teachers / employees and students. At present, in SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya, reporting related to attendance is done manually, both for the absence of the arrival of teachers / employees, students and teachers and students in the class. Unfortunately, in carrying out manual attendance recording, many difficulties were experienced by SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya. In submitting a report to the principal at SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya only using reports in the form of excel data that has been recapitulated. Therefore, as a form of reporting to school principals, a dashboard is needed that can support the school in decision making and monitoring. Attendance dashboard is created using the user centered design method to fit the needs of SMPI Al Azhar 13 Surabaya.
