Abstract
Kabupaten Jombang merupakan kabupaten yang mengalami perkembangan dari segi infrastruktur maupun ekonomi. Pemerintahan Desa Carangrejo, Desa Watudakon merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Jombang. Setiap desa memiliki kekayaan aset desa yang harus dikelola berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri. Inventarisasi dan penilaian aset desa merupakan dalah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan aset desa. Kegiatan inventarisasi aset desa secara spasial dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran aset desa. Pengukuran aset desa menggunakan alat Global Positioning System (GPS) Geodetik dengan metode Real-Time Kinematik (RTK). Penilaiain aset desa dilakukan dengan mengunakan metode pendekatan pasar dan meode pendekatan biaya. Hasil dari analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa, Penilaian aset desa memiliki nilai Nilai Indikasi Rata-Rata (NIR) tertinggi Rp 1.170.384 dan nilai terendah Rp 76.190. Jenis penggunaan lahan, aksesbilitas, dan kedudukan tanah menjadi beberapa faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam penilaian. Aset desa yang dikelola oleh desa berupa lahan tanah yang digunakan sebagai sawah, lapangan dan bangunan.

Jombang Regency is a district that has developed in terms of infrastructure and economy. Carangrejo Village Government, Watudakon Village is one of the villages in Jombang Regency. Each village has a wealth of village assets that must be managed according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation. Inventory and valuation of village assets is one of the activities carried out in the management of village assets. The spatial inventory of village assets is carried out by measuring village assets. Measurement of village assets using Geodetic Global Positioning System (GPS) devices using Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) method. Village asset valuation is carried out using the market approach method and the cost approach method. The results of the analysis that have been conducted show that, the valuation of village assets has the highest average Indication Value (NIR) of Rp 1.170.384 and the lowest value of Rp 76.190. The type of land use, accessibility, and land position are some of the most influential factors in the assessment. Village assets managed by the village in the form of land used as rice fields, fields and buildings.
