Abstract

ITS merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang menerapkan layanan e-learning dimana nama layanan elearning yang diterapkan adalah SHARE ITS. E-learning SHARE ITS diterapkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan sehingga dapat mengetahui kualitas proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan dengan layanan e-learning. Namun dalam kenyataannya e-learning Share ITS belum digunakan secara optimal pada seluruh departemen yang tersebar di ITS. Berdasarkan Sie Pengembangan dan Pembelajaran Direktur Akademi ITS pada tahun 2017, terdapat ratusan mata kuliah di ITS dari berbagai departemen yang terdaftar di Share ITS namun hanya sedikit dari mata kuliah tersebut yang menggunakan Share ITS secara aktif sehigga perlu adanya sebuah peningkatan pembelajaran (learning for improvement) yang ada pada e-learning. vi Konsep learning for improvement terdapat pada salah satu standar kualitas e-learning yaitu Open ECBCheck yang menggunakan pendekatan mata kuliah atau program. Terdapat 7 area kriteria penilaian dan pada setiap area penilaian terdapat beberapa kriteria penilaian yang lebih rinci sehingga setiap kriteria akan dievaluasi berdasarkan beberapa karakteristik sesuai dengan e-learning yang akan dievaluasi. Berdasarkan refleksi terhadap permasalahan dari kondisi kekinian e-learning Share ITS yang dikelola oleh manajemen Sie Pengembangan dan Pembelajaran Direktur Akademi ITS, penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat penilaian kualitas beserta panduan penggunaan dan contoh penggunaannya dalam menjamin kualitasmata kuliah e-learning Share ITS berdasarkan standar kualitas Open ECBCheck sehingga akan memudahkan ITS dalam melakukan self-assessment terhadap mata kuliah yang ada di dalam Share ITS dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat penilaian kriteria kualitas mata kuliah yang kemudian dilakukan uji coba penilaian menggunakan perangkat yang telah dirancang. Mata kuliah yang menjadi objek uji coba adalah Manajemen Proyek Teknologi Informasi dimana dari hasil penilaian di dapatkan bahwa dari 19 kriteria minimum, MPTI mampu memenuhi 11 kriteria dan skor yang dapat dicapai mata kuliah MPTI adalah sebesar 74%.

ITS is one of the state universities that implement elearning services where the name of the e-learning service that is applied is SHARE ITS. E-learning SHARE ITS is applied to support the learning process in lectures so that they can know the quality of the learning process in lectures with e-learning services. But in reality e-learning Share ITS has not been used optimally in all departments spread across ITS. Based on the ITS Academy Development and Learning Director in 2017, there are hundreds of courses in ITS from various departments registered in the Share ITS, but only a few of these subjects use Share ITS actively so there is a need for learning for improvement. that is in e-learning. The learning for improvement concept is found in one of the e-learning quality standards, namely Open ECBC check which uses a course or program approach. There are 7 assessment criteria areas and in each assessment area there are several more detailed assessment criteria so that each criterion will be evaluated based on several characteristics in accordance with e-learning to be evaluated. Based on the reflection of the problems from the present condition of ITS e-learning Share managed by the ITS Development and Learning Director Academy Management, the final assignment research is to produce quality assessment tools and usage guidelines and examples of their use in guaranteeing the quality of elearning Share ITS based on Open ECBCheck quality standards so that it will facilitate ITS in conducting selfassessment of the courses in the ITS Share and can improve the quality of sustainable e-learning based learning. The results of this study are a tool for assessing the quality criteria of courses which are then tested using a device that has been designed. The subjects that were the object of the trial were Information Technology Project Management where from the results of the assessment it was found that out of 19 minimum criteria, MPTI was able to fulfill 11 criteria and the score that could be achieved by the MPTI course was 74%.
