Abstract

Kawasan Industri JIIPE terletak di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik yang geologi lapisan dangkalnya didominasi oleh lempung tergolong kedalam jenis tanah lunak. Tanah lempung memiliki sifat kuat geser yang rendah, kondisi tersebut akan menimbulkan deformasi yang besar pada tanah bila pembebanan melebihi kapasitas daya dukungnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai daya dukung tanah kondisi lapangan melalui integrasi data geofisika meliputi penampang resistivitas hasil pengukuran metode geolistrik dengan parameter sifat fisis dan mekanis tanah. Konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger diterapkan pada pengambilan data geolistrik dengan tujuan mendapatkan resolusi vertikal dan horizontal yang baik. Penampang resistivitas mempunyai peranan sebagai dasar dalam penentuan batas lapisan tanah serta ketebalan material timbunan. Pada lintasan 3, 4, 5, dan 6 pengukuran geolistrik didapatkan nilai daya dukung tanah beruturut-turut senilai 54.5 kN/m2, 58.4 kN/m2, 56.2 kN/m2, dan 51.7 kN/ m2. Upaya perbaikan nilai daya dukung tanah dilakukan dengan pemasangan lapisan geotekstil yang difokuskan pada fungsi perkuatannya. Untuk mendapatkan pemasangan geotekstil yang paling efisien, dilakukan analisis terhadap variasi pemasangan meliputi; kedalaman, panjang, spasi antar geotekstil, dan jumlah lapisan geotekstil. Berdasarkan analisis model, pemasangan paling efisien didapatkan pada; variasi kedalaman 5 meter dengan daya dukung optimum 165.5 kN/m2 dan BCI senilai 1.047468, variasi panjang 24 meter dengan daya dukung sebesar 165 kN/m2 dan BCI senilai 1.002715, variasi spasi 0.5 meter dengan daya dukung sebesar 143 kN/m2 dan BCI senilai 1.028777, pemasangan 6 lapisan geotekstil dengan daya dukung sebesar 156.5 kN/m2 dan BCI senilai 1.109929

JIIPE Industrial Estate is located in Manyar District, Gresik Regency. The geology of the shallow layer is dominated by clay which include to the type soft soil. Clay has low bearing capacity and plastic property that will cause large deformations on the ground if the load exceeds its bearing capacity. This research was conducted to determine the value of soil bearing capacity on existing conditions based on integration of geophysical field data includes resistivity cross section measured by geoelectric method with physical and mechanical properties of soil parameters. Wenner-Schlumberger configuration is applied to geoelectric data acquisition with the aim of obtaining good vertical and horizontal resolution. Determination of soil layer boundaries and thickness of embankment material can be done based on cross section resistivity. Below the line 3, 4, 5, and 6 of geoelectric measurement, the values of the bearing capacity of the soil are valued at 54.5 kN/m2 , 58.4 kN/m2 , 56.2 kN/m2 , and 51.7 kN/ m2 respectively. Effort of bearing capacity improvement are carried out by installing geotextile layers that are focused on the reinforcement function. Analysis of variations in the geotextiles installation aimed to get the most efficient geotextile installation includes; depth, length, space between the geotextiles, and the number of geotextile layers. Based on the model analysis, the most efficient installation is obtained at; 5 meter depth installation with bearing capacity 165.5 kN/m2 and BCI 1.047468, 24 meter of geotextille’s length installation with bearing capacity 165 kN/m2 and BCI 1.002715, 0.5 meter space between geotextiles with bearing capacity 143 kN/m2 and BCI 1.028777, 6 layers of bearing capacity installation with bearing capacity 156.5 kN/m2 and BCI 1.109929.
