Abstract

Tol Gempol – Pasuruan Ruas Grati Seksi 3A merupakan bagian dari Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Gempol – Pasuruan yang menghubungkan daerah Gempol dan Kota Pasuruan. Tol Gempol – Pasuruan memiliki panjang mencapai 34,15 kilometer dan dalam pengerjaannya dibagi menjadi 3 seksi. Seksi I merupakan Ruas Gempol – Rembang dengan panjang 13,9 kilometer dan Seksi II merupakan Ruas Rembang – Pasuruan dengan Panjang 6,6 kilometer. Seksi I dan II telah rampung pengerjaannya dan mulai masing-masing Agustus 2017 dan Juni 2018, sedangkan untuk Seksi III merupakan Ruas Pasuruan – Grati yang masih dalam proses konstruksi yang rencananya akan rampung pada Oktober 2018. Dalam Tol Gempol – Pasuruan Seksi III, pengerjaan dibagi kembali menjadi tiga, yaitu Seksi 3A (WIKA), Seksi 3B (PP), dan Seksi 3C (Adhikarya). Yang akan kami angkat dalam tema kami adalah Seksi 3A, yaitu tentang manajemen konstruksi dalam pengerjaan pembangunan Proyek Jalan Tol Gempol Pasuruan Seksi 3A pada STA 20+500 sampai dengan STA 21+100. Pembangunan jalan Tol Gempol - Pasuruan ini dimaksudkan sebagai jalan penghubung altenatif yang menghubungkan kota Gempol dan kota Pasuruan yang sedang bekembang disekitarnya seiring dengan meningkatnya sektor industri dan perdagangan. Dalam pembangunan jalan Tol Gempol Pasuruan seksi 3A ini tentunya selalu memerlukan sumber daya yang berupa tenaga kerja biaya bahan material dan peralatan. Biaya merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang sangat berperan besar untuk menunjang pembangunan proyek.Maka diperlukan perencanaan terhadap kebutuhan biaya melalui suatu penjadwalan biaya untuk mendapatkan jumlah biaya yang diperlukan berdasarkan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Di Pasuruan, salah satunya berencana membangun Jalan Tol Gempol-Pasuruan. Dari hasil perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk menyelesaikan, proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Gempol-Pasuruan Seksi 3A dibutuhkan ±Rp 212,284,454,000.00 dalam waktu ±295 hari.

Gempol Toll Road - Pasuruan Ruas Grati Section 3A is part of the Gempol - Pasuruan Toll Road Construction Project that connects the Gempol and Pasuruan City areas. Gempol - Pasuruan Toll Road has a length of 34.15 kilometers and is divided into 3 sections. Section I is the Gempol - Rembang Section with a length of 13.9 kilometers and Section II is the Rembang - Pasuruan Section with a length of 6.6 kilometers. The process I and II have been completed and start each August 2017 and June 2018, while for Section III is the Pasuruan - Grati Section which is still in the construction process which is planned to be completed in October 2018. In Gempol - Pasuruan Section III Toll Road, workmanship is divided into three, namely Section 3A (WIKA), Section 3B (PP), and Section 3C (Adhikarya). What we will raise in our theme is Section 3A, which is about construction management in the construction of the Gempol Pasuruan Section 3A Toll Road Project at STA 20 + 500 up to STA 21 + 100. The construction of the Gempol - Pasuruan Toll Road is intended as an alternative connecting road that connects the city of Gempol and the city of Pasuruan which is developing around it along with the increasing industrial and trade sectors. In the construction of the Gempol Pasuruan Toll Road section 3A, of course, it always requires resources in the form of labor costs for materials and equipment. Cost is one of the resources that plays a major role to support the development of the project. Then it requires planning on the cost requirements through a scheduling of costs to get the amount of costs needed based on the time of project implementation. In Pasuruan, one of them plans to build the Gempol-Pasuruan Toll Road. From the calculation of the Cost Budget Plan to complete, the construction project of Gempol-Pasuruan Section 3A Toll Road is needed ± Rp. 212,284,454,000.00 Within ± 295 days
