Abstract

PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari merupakan salah satu galangan kapal di Batam yang akan dilakukannya pengembangan wilayah untuk mengantisipasi masalah kebutuhan kapal yang terus meningkat di Batam. Pengembangan yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari pendalaman kolam yang mencapai kedalaman -8 m LWS untuk kebutuhan kapal 17.500 DWT dan pengadaan jetty seluas 125 m x 40 m. Secara umum, PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari dibangun diatas tanah dengan jenis tanah cohesive soil yang memiliki NSPT dibawah 10 sampai pada kedalaman 20 meter, dimana dengan kondisi tersebut perlu direncanakan konstruksi penahan tanah yang aman untuk kondisi tanah dan pendalaman kolam yang sangat dalam. Pada tugas akhir ini, akan direncanakan konstruksi penahan tanah pada sisi darat bagian selatan yang akan dilakukan pendalaman kolam dan struktur dermaga jetty. Penahan tanah yang akan digunakan sebagai alternatif adalah Concrete Sheet Pile, Secant Pile, dan Cellular Cofferdams. Pada perencanaan dermaga jetty, direncanakan struktur atas yang terdiri dari balok dan pelat serta tiang pancang tegak dan tiang pancang miring sebagai struktur bawah dermaga. Perbandingan analisis biaya material konstruksi penahan tersebut diperlukan untuk menentukan alternatif mana yang akan dipilih sebagai perkuatan yang kuat dan ekonomis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tanah dan pasang surut air laut, kondisi tanah asli lokasi pengembangan memiliki tebal lapisan tanah lunak sampai pada kedalaman -24 m dan muka air tanah kritis sisi darat dan laut berada pada elevasi High Water Level +4,01 m dan Low Water Level +0,63 m. Berdasarkan hasil analisis beban rencana dermaga, beban vertikal berfaktor bernilai 6,043 ton/m2 dan energi tumbukan kapal sebesar 6,945 ton-m dengan reaksi fender sebesar 40 ton. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perencanaan penahan tanah, konstruksi penahan tanah yang paling aman menggunakan Cellular Cofferdams yang tertanam dengan kedalaman 19 m dengan total panjang 32 m, diameter sel sebesar 5,82 m dan lebar efektif 5,22 m, serta profil sheet pile menggunakan Grand Piling China Type GPU26-750 dengan isian sel tanah urug pasir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perencanaan dermaga, didapatkan dimensi struktur yang aman yaitu pelat dengan tebal 350 mm, balok 60/80, tiang pancang tegak sepanjang 29 m dan tiang pancang miring sepanjang 29,4 m dengan kemiringan 1:6,8, serta fender tipe CBR Super V Fender (CSVF) 500H x 1000H yang dipasang setiap 5 m memanjang.

PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari is one of the shipyards in Batam that will carry out a regional development to anticipate the increasing problem of ship needs in Batam. The development that will be done consists of the deepening of the pond up until -8 m LWS for the needs of 17,500 DWT vessels and the procurement of a 125 m x 40 m jetty. Generally, PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodia Bahari was built on a type of cohesive soil which has an NSPT below 10 – 20 meters, whereas in that condition, a retaining structure that is safe for the soil condition and extreme pond deepening must be planned. In this final project, a construction of retaining wall will be planned on the southern land, in which the pond is deepened and a jetty pier structure will be built. The soil retainers that will be used as an alternative are Concrete Sheet Pile, Secant Pile, and Cellular Cofferdams. In planning the jetty pier, the upper structure consisting of beams and plates as well as upright piles and sloping piles as the foundation of the jetty will be planned. A comparison of the analysis of the cost of the soil retainer construction material is needed to determine which alternative will be selected as a strong and economical reinforcement. Based on the results of the analysis of soil and tidal water data, the condition of the original soil of the location for the development has soft soil thickness to a depth of -24 m and critical ground water level on the land and sea at the elevation of High Water Level +4,01 m and Low Water Level +0,63 m. According to the analysis of the planned load of the dock, the factored vertical load is 6.043 tons / m2 and the ship collision energy is 6.945 tons-m with a fender reaction of 40 tons. Based on the results of the soil retainer planning, the safest soil retainer construction uses Cellular Cofferdams which are embedded to a depth of 19 m with a total length of 32 m, cell diameter of 5,82 m, effective width of 5,22 m, and sheet pile profile using Grand Piling China Type GPU26-750 with sand fill cell fillings. Based on the results of the dock planning analysis, it was found that the dimensions of the structure will be safe with a 350 mm thick plate, 60/80 beam, 29 m upright pile and 29,4 m sloping pile with a slope of 1:6,8, plus a fender with the type CBR Super V Fender (CSVF) 500H x 1000H which is installed on every 5 meters.
