Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada rumah tangga merupakan suatu upaya untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga agar tahu, mau, dan mampu melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta berperan aktif dalam gerakan kesehatan di masyarakat. PHBS erat kaitannya dengan kesehatan seseorang. Semakin tinggi kesadaran masyarakat maupun rumah tangga dalam berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, maka tingkat kesehatan masyarakat juga akan semakin tinggi. Pemerintah melalui Kementrian Kesehatan RI menetapkan sasaran strategis tahun 2015-2019 yaitu meningkatnya persentase kabupaten dan kota yang memiliki kebijakan PHBS dengan target sebanyak 80%, sedangkan pada tahun 2016 persentase rumah tangga berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (Ber-PHBS) di Kota Surabaya adalah 75,07%. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan membahas faktor apa saja yang diduga mempengaruhi status PHBS dalam rumah tangga di Kota Surabaya menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik biner. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi status PHBS dalam rumah tangga di Kota Surabaya adalah jenis lantai terluas plester atau semen, ventilasi rumah kurang dari 10 persen luas rumah, dan tidak adanya media informasi tentang PHBS ditempat umum.

Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) in housholds is an effort to empower houshold members to know, want and be able to conduct clean and healthy lifestyle and olay an active role in the health movement in the community. PHBS is closely related to one’s health. The higher awarness of the public and households in clean and healthy lifestyle, and the higher the level of public health. The goverment through the Indonesian Ministry of Health sets the strategic goals for 2015-2019, namely the increasing percentage og districts and cities that have a PHBS policy with a target of 80%, while in 2016 the percentage og clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in Surabaya is 75,07%. Therefore, in this study will discuss what factors are thought to influence PHBS status in households in Surabaya City using binary logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that the faktor that affect the status of PHBS in households in Surabaya City are the type of the largest cement floor, house ventilation is less than 10 percent of the area of the house, and the absence of media information about PHBS in public place.
