Abstract
Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan dan memiliki permintaan tertinggi di PT. Otsuka Indonesia adalah Infus Otsu-RL. Struktur rantai pasok infus Otsu-RL dimulai dari supplier 1 yang terdiri dari local supplier dan oversease supplier, kemudian PT. Otsuka Indonesia sebagai industri manufaktur, dilanjutkan kepada pihak distributor yaitu PT. Merapi. Keterlambatan pengiriman di setiap proses bisnis rantai pasok infus Otsu-RL menjadi permasalahan utama yang menimbulkan banyak kejadian risiko. Keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku dari supplier, mengakibatkan keterlambatan proses produksi yang telah dijadwalkan oleh tim perencanaan. Selain itu, perubahan jadwal produksi dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman produk jadi ke distributor hingga ke konsumen akhir. Sehingga, manajemen risiko rantai pasok sangat penting untuk diterapkan di PT. Otsuka Indonesia, dikarenakan perusahaan tidak memiliki fungsi yang secara khusus dalam menangani risiko. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi penentuan lingkup dan konteks rantai pasok, identifikasi kejadian risiko dan penyebab risiko, pemetaan risiko dengan metode SCRIS, analisis dan penilaian risiko menggunakan metode house of risk 1, evaluasi risiko berdasarkan peringkat nilai ARP dengan pareto chart dan tindakan respon risiko efektif yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode house of risk 2. Hasil yang diperoleh meliputi 10 penyebab risiko potensial, yang terdiri dari 6 risiko berdasarkan pareto chart dan 4 risiko berdasarkan kesepakatan perusahaan yang menghasilkan 10 tindakan respon risiko. Salah satu tindakan paling efektif yaitu memberikan refresh training kepada karyawan untuk menghindari peluang terjadinya risiko human error. =============================================================================================================================
One of the highest products produced and owned at PT. Otsuka Indonesia is the Infusion of Otsu-RL. The supply chain structure of Otsu-RL infusion starts from supplier 1 consisting of local suppliers and overseas suppliers, then PT. Otsuka Indonesia for the manufacturing industry, through the distributor, namely PT. Merapi. The shipping expertise in every Otsu-RL infusion business process becomes a major problem that causes many risk events. Delays in the delivery of raw materials from suppliers, resulting in delays in the production process that has been scheduled by the planning team. In addition, changes to the production schedule can result in delays in the delivery of finished products to the distributor to the final consumer. Thus, supply chain risk management is very important to be applied at PT. Otsuka Indonesia, because the company does not have a function specifically in dealing with risk. The research methodology include the scope and context determination of supply chain, identification of risk events and causes of risk, risk mapping with SCRIS method, risk analysis and assessment using house of risk 1 method, risk evaluation based on ARP rating with pareto chart and effective risk response actions which is calculated using the house of risk 2 method. The results obtained include 10 causes of potential risk, which consists of 6 risks based on pareto chart and 4 risks based on company agreements that produce 10 risk response actions. One of the most effective actions is to provide refresh training for employees to avoid opportunities for the risk of human error.
