Abstract
Hotel Ibis Style Semarang merupakan salah satu bangunan gedung tinggi (high rise building) 14 lantai yang dibangun menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Sebagai bangunan gedung tinggi, hotel ini dituntut untuk memperhatikan kekuatan, kekakuan, serta kemampuan dalam perencanaannya untuk mereduksi energi gempa yang suatu waktu dapat terjadi. Struktur bangunan baja merupakan alternatif bangunan tahan gempa yang sangat baik jika dibandingkan dengan struktur bangunan beton bertulang. Energi gempa yang terjadi dapat diminalisir salah satunya dengan sistem struktur Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF). Elemen terpenting dari sistem ini adalah balok link yang berfungsi untuk menyerap gaya gempa sehingga elemen struktur di luar link mampu berperilaku elastis. Pada tugas akhir ini Hotel Ibis Style Semarang dengan tinggi 14 lantai akan dimodifikasi menjadi struktur bangunan baja menggunakan struktur komposit baja-beton dengan sistem strukur Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF). Perancangan ini mengacu pada SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1729-2002, SNI 1727-2013, RSNI2-1726-201X, SNI 2847-2013, SNI ASCE 7-10, dan AISC Design Examples. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat bondex atap 9 cm dan pelat bondex lantai terbesar 10 cm, dimensi balok anak terbesar WF 450x200x9x14, dimensi balok induk terbesar WF 700x300x13x20, dimensi kolom terbesar HSS CFT 700x700x22x22, dimensi balok link direncanakan sama dengan dimensi balok induk dengan tipe geser dengan panjang 1500 mm (link pendek), dimensi balok bresing WF 500x30011x15, dimensi kolom pedestal 1000x1000 mm, pondasi menggunakan precast concrete pile WIKA BETON diameter 80 cm yang dipancang sampai kedalaman 22 m dan dimensi sloof 400x600 mm. Analisis yang dilakukan telah memenuhi kontrol struktur yang disyaratkan dalam peraturan yang digunakan.

Ibis Style Hotel Semarang is one of the high rise building with 14 floors which is built using reinforced concrete structures. As a high-rise building, this hotel is required to pay attention to its strength, stiffness, and ability in its planning to reduce earthquake energy that can occur any time. Steel structures building is an alternative of earthquake resistant building that is very good than reinforced concrete building structures. The earthquake energy that occurs can be minimized by using the Eccentrically Braced Frames (EBF) structural system. The most important element of this system is the link beam that functions to absorb earthquake forces so that the structural elements outside the link are able to behave elasticly.
In this final project, Ibis Style Hotel Semarang with a height of 14 floors will be modified into a steel structure using a steel-concrete composite structure with an Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) structural system. This design refers to SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1729-2002, SNI 1727-2013, RSNI2-1726-201X, SNI 2847-2013, SNI ASCE 7-10, and AISC Design Examples. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results are: the thickness of roof plate bondex is 9 cm and the thickest plate bondex of floor is 10 cm, the largest secondary beam dimension is WF 450x200x9x14, the largest main beam dimension is WF 700x300x13x20, the largest HSS CFT column dimension is 700x700x22x22, link beam dimensions are same as the main beam dimensions with shear type and the length is 1500 mm (short link), the braced dimension is WF 500x300x11x15, the pedestal column dimension is 1000x1000 mm, the foundation uses WIKA BETON precast concrete pile using diameter 80 cm with 22 m depth and sloof dimension is 400x600 mm. The analysis has fulfilled the required structural controls in the regulation.
