Abstract
Pembangunan Science Techno Park di Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penguatkan peran ilmu pengetahuan dan Teknologi. Uni Eropa sebagai negara yang sudah mengenal Science Techno Park sejak pertengahan dekade 1960an, pada tahun 2013 menyusun model Science Techno Park dan menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan pada Science Techno Park dipengaruhi oleh tiga dimensi, yaitu peningkatan ekonomi, sustainability, dan proses. Sehingga dilakukan adaptasi model Science Techno Park Uni Eropa terhadap Science Techno Park di Indonesia dalam melakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja. Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja terdiri dari penyusunan indikator pada dimensi Science Techno Park didasarkan pada aturan yang berlaku untuk Science Techno Park Indonesia termasuk penilaian maturitas Science Techno Park, peracangan performance indicator properties, dan uji coba pada Science Techno Park di Indonesia. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa Science Techno Park di Indonesia sudah memiliki target dan dokumen terhadap kinerja, namun masih terdapat beberapa target dan realisasi yang belum memiliki ketersediaan data.

The development of Science Techno Parks in Indonesia aims to increase economic growth and strengthen the role of science and technology. The European Union, as a region that has been familiar with Science Techno Parks since the mid-1960s, compiled the Science Techno Park model in 2013 and stated that the success of a Science Techno Park is influenced by three dimensions, namely economic, sustainability, and process improvement. Therefore, the adaptation of the European Union's Science Techno Park model to Science Techno Parks in Indonesia was carried out in designing the performance measurement system. The design of the performance measurement system consists of formulating indicators for the dimensions of the Science Techno Park based on applicable regulations for Science Techno Parks in Indonesia, including an assessment of the maturity of the Science Techno Park, the display of performance indicator properties, and trials at Science Techno Parks in Indonesia. The results of the trial show that Science Techno Parks in Indonesia already have targets and documentation on performance, but there are still a number of targets and realizations that lack data availability.
