Abstract

Salah satu jenis pupuk yang sering digunakan dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan adalah pupuk NPK phonska yang diproduksi oleh PT Petrokimia Gresik. Produksi pupuk NPK phonska di PT Petrokimia Gresik bisa mencapai 200 ribu ton setiap bulan. Penjualan pupuk NPK phonska memiliki pola yang berfluktuasi dimana hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh musim tanam dan musim panen sehingga penjualan pupuk setiap bulannya tidak pasti, sehingga perlu adanya antisipasi terhadap permintaan pupuk NPK phonska. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan peramalan penjualan pupuk NPK phonska, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Berdasarkan hasil analisis permalan penjualan pupuk NPK Phonska dari bulan Januari 2013 hingga Desember 2018 diperoleh model peramalan terbaik yaitu ARIMA (1.0.0) yang berarti penjualan pupuk NPK Phonska dipengaruhi oleh penjualan pada 1 bulan sebelumnya, model terbaik ARIMA (1.0.0) memiliki nilai RMSE dan sMAPE sebesar 137.602 dan 53.5% yang artinya bahwa kesalahan ramalan pupuk NPK Phonska di PT. Petrokimia Gresik cukup besar, maka dari itu untuk penelitian selanujutnya diharapkan dapat dilakukan penambahan data terbaru, serta untuk mendapatkan hasil ramalan yang baik perlu dilakukan update forecast setiap ada data terbaru yang masuk.

One of the Fertilizers that usually used in agriculture and plantation is NPK Phonska which is produced by PT. Petrokimia Gresik, the production of NPK phonska Fertilizer in PT. Petrokimia Gresik hasan average of monthlysales 200 thousand tons. The sales of NPK Phonska Fertilizer is fluctuating because it sales is affected by harvest season and planting season, those seasons make the sales of NPK Phonska Fertilizer can’t be predicted, so that needs anticipation action for the demands of NPK Phonksa Fertilizer. So that need Forecasting action for the sales of NPK Phonska Fertilizer. In this research using ARIMA BOX-JENKINS METHOD. Based on the results of analysis of Forecasting the sales of NPK Phonska Fertlizer from Januari 2013 until December 2018 the best model is ARIMA (1.0.0) which is the sale influenced by previous period, RMSE and sMAPE scores of best model ARIMA (1.0.0)are 137.602 and 53.5% that means NPK Ponska sales forecast in PT. Petrokimia Gresik has a big error, so for the next research need an aditional, to get a good forecast the data must be updated when there is new data alvailable.
