Abstract

Diebetes Mellitus adalah penyakit kronis dengan kadar gula tinggi karena menumpuknya glukosa pada darah. Diebetes Mellitus dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu Diebetes Mellitus type 1 dan Diebetes Mellitus type 2. Diebetes Mellitus type 1 karena adanya kerusakan pada sistem kekebalan yang menyerang dan menghancurkan sel-sel pankreas yang memproduksi insulin sehingga meningkatkan kadar gula sedangkan Diebetes Mellitus type 2 insulin yang dihasilkan terlalu banyak tetapi tidak berfungsi dengan benar. Pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penyakit Diebetes Mellitus menggunakan regresi logistik binner. Regresi logistik binner adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel respon. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder tentang faktor-faktor yang diduga menyebabkan Diebetes Mellitus dengan variabel respon yang akan digunakan yaitu pasien terserang Diebetes Mellitus dan pasien tidak terserang penyakit Diebetes Mellitus yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien RSUD dr. H Moh Anwar Kabupaten Sumenep. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peluang pasien terserang Diebetes Mellitus dan pasien tidak terserang penyakit Diebetes Mellitus dengan populasi sebanyak 740 pasien penderita Diebetes Mellitus. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan pasien terserang penyakit diabetes mellitus yaitu umur ≥ 45 tahun dan memilki riwayat diabetes mellitus dari keluarga. ===========================================================================================================================
One important component of health is mental health. Although, this Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease with high sugar levels because of the accumulation of glucose in the blood. Diabetes Mellitus is divided into two types, namely Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Diebetes Mellitus type 2. Diebetes Mellitus type 1 because of damage to the immune system that attacks and destroys the pancreatic cells that produce insulin which increases sugar levels while Diebetes Mellitus type 2 insulin is produced too much but does not function properl. In this study will be analyzed the factors that influence the disease Diebetes Mellitus using binner logistic regression. Binary logistic regression is a method used to determine the factors that influence the response variable. The data used are secondary data about the factors that are thought to cause Diebetes Mellitus with the response variable that will be used, namely the patient is attacked by Diebetes Mellitus and the patient is not attacked by Diebetes Mellitus disease which will be carried out on patients in RSUD dr. H Moh Anwar, Kabupaten Sumenep. This analysis aims to determine the factors that cause the chances of patients suffering from Diebetes Mellitus and patients not attacked by Diebetes Mellitus with a population of 740 patients suffering from diabetes mellitus. The results of the analysis found that the factors that cause patients to develop diabetes mellitus are age ≥ 45years and history of diabetes mellitus from the family.
