Abstract

Proyek idealnya diselesaikan dalam kurun waktu yang optimum biaya yang ekonomis (rendah) namun berkualitas baik atau sesuai rencana kerja dan syarat. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah Penambahan alat dimana kegiatan – kegiatan yang berada pada lintasan kritis (critical path) dikompres sehingga waktu yang didapat adalah waktu yang optimum dan biaya yang minimum. Pada tugas akhir proyek pembangunan jalan tol Mojokerto – Kertosono seksi 2 STA 20+000 – STA 24+000, waktu pelaksanaan dikompres dalam 1 alternatif yaitu dengan penambahan shift kerja pada item pekerjaan yang akan di percepat Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penulis, dari alternatif tersebut, didapatkan durasi yang lebih cepat yaitu 271 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 62,619,527,665.32

In the final project of the Mojokerto – Kertosono tool road construction project section 2 STA 20+000 – 24+000, the implementation time is compressed in 1 alternative, namely by adding shift working to the work items that will be accelerated Based on the result of the author’s calculation, from the alternative, a faster duration of 271 days was obtained with a cost of Rp. 62,619,527,665.32
