Abstract
Jalan Kejayan – Purwosari merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan pusat perdagangan, perekonomian, dan perindustrian antara dua kota di Jawa Timur yaitu Kota Pasuruan dan Kota Malang. Sebagai salah satu ruas jalan yang menghubungkan pusat perdagangan sangat mungkin risiko kecelakaan meningkat, seiring dengan meningkatnya pengguna lalu lintas. Maka harus memiliki kondisi yang ideal dan mampu memberikan kenyamanan, kelancaran, dan keamanan bagi pengguna jalan. Analisis uji laik fungsi jalan dilakukan dengan uji analisa dan mengukur penyimpangan kondisi lapangan terhadap standar teknis, meliputi teknis geometrik jalan, teknis struktur perkerasan jalan, teknis struktur bangunan pelengkap jalan, teknis pemanfaatan ruang bagian -bagian jalan, teknis manajemen dan rekayasa lalu -lintas, serta teknis perlengkapan jalan. Lalu dibandingkan menggunakan lampiran dari Permen PU/19/PRT/M/2011. Hasil uji kelaikan fungsi jalan yang ditinjau dari aspek teknis menghasilkan kategori laik fungsi bersyarat (LS) disertai rekomendasi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan pada komponen yang dibawah standar teknis antara lain, tindakan perbaikan teknis komponen jalan, pemeliharaan rutin, dan pengadaan komponen jalan yang belum tersedia pada ruas jalan.

Kejayan - Purwosari is a road that connects the center of trade, economy, and industry between two cities in East Java, namely Pasuruan City and Malang City. As one of the roads that connects trade centers it is very possible that the risk of accidents increases, along with the increase in traffic users. Then it must have ideal conditions and be able to provide comfort, smoothness and security for the road users. Road function feasibility test analysis is carried out by analyzing and measuring irregularities in field conditions against technical standards, including road geometric techniques, technical structure of road pavement, technical complementary road structure, technical utilization of road parts, technical management and traffic engineering, and technical road equipment. Then compared to using an attachment from Permen PU / 19 / PRT / M / 2011.
The results of the road function feasibility test in terms of technical aspects resulted in the category of eligible conditional function (LS) accompanied by recommendations. Recommendations produced on components that are below technical standards include technical improvement measures for road components, routine maintenance, and procurement of road components that are not yet available on roads.
