Abstract

Saat ini banyak perusahaan minuman kemasan botol masih menggunakan mesin label yang menggunakan sistem semi manual. Hal ini banyak memakan waktu dikarenakan pada proses pelabelan botol masih harus dilakukan dengan cara menekan tombol dan mengganti botol secara manual. Selain itu sering terjadi kegagalan dikarenakan peletakan botol tidak sesuai. Maka proses pelabelan menjadi tidak sempurna atau gagal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis menawarkan solusi dengan cara pembuatan Mesin Automatic Stiker Lable Single SideIn Line Berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) yang Terintegrasi dengan Human Machine Interface (HMI). Mesin ini dikontrol dengan menggunakan PLC. Dimana pada mesin proses pelabelan di bantu dengan Sensor Label Datalogic SR23-2-IR-NH yang tahan dengan kondisi yang terang. Serta dengan adanya bantuan side conveyor maka label dapat merekat dengan baik. Disamping itu alat ini mampu dioperasikan hanya dengan satu kali menekan tombol auto yang ada pada HMI. Kecepatan mesin ini mampu diubah berdasarkan pengaturan frekuensi pada Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Dengan alat ini industri dapat mengatur pengaturan kecepatan mesin dengan lebih mudah dan cepat. Frekuensi Motor pada mesin mampu diubah dari 0 Hz sampai 50 Hz. Selain itu proses pendeteksian kesalahan menjadi lebih mudah dengan diberikannya program sistem keamanan mesin.

At present many bottled beverage companies still use label machines that use semi-manual systems. This takes a lot of time because the bottle labeling process still has to be done by pressing the button and changing the bottle manually. In addition, frequent failures occur due to improper laying of bottles. Then the labeling process becomes imperfect or fails. Based on these problems the author offers a solution by making a Automatic Machine for Lable Single Side In Line Stickers Based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which is integrated with the Human Machine Interface (HMI). This machine is controlled using a PLC. Where on the machine the labeling process is assisted with the Datalogic SR23-2-IR-NH Label Sensor which is resistant to bright conditions. As well as with the help of side conveyors, the labels can glue well. Besides that this tool is capable of being operated only with one time pressing the auto button on the HMI. The speed of this engine is able to be changed based on frequency settings on the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). With this tool the industry can adjust engine speed settings more easily and quickly. Motor frequency on the engine can be changed from 0 Hz to 50 Hz. In addition, the process of detecting errors is made easier by giving a machine security system program.
