Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditi utama yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Beberapa tahun terakhir pemerintah menggalakan program untuk meningkatkan harga jual CPO dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk turunannya. Secara nasional kebutuhan konsumsi dan pertumbuhan minyak goreng rata-rata sebesar 16,74%, industri minyak goreng berbahan baku kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu sumber kebutuhan pangan bagi ribuan konsumen. Pabrik Olein akan didirikan dan siap beroperasi pada tahun 2022, dengan pembelian peralatan pada tahun 2020 dan masa konstruksi selama 2 tahun (2020-2022). Lokasi pabrik direncanakan di wilayah Palaran, Kota Samarinda. Dengan bahan baku 2360 ton CPO per hari digunakan sistem refinery dan fraksinasi dengan hasil produk sebesar 1818 ton/hari olein dengan produk samping stearin 372,4 ton/hari yang dihasilkan.

Oil palm is one of the main commodities affecting Indonesia's economic growth. In the last few years the government has promoted a program to increase the selling price of CPO by processing it into derivative products. Nationally, the average consumption and growth of cooking oil is 16.74%, the cooking oil industry made from palm oil is one of the sources of food needs for thousands of consumers. The Olein plant will be established and ready to operate in 2022, with the purchase of equipment in 2020 and a construction period of 2 years (2020-2022). The factory location is planned in the Palaran area, Samarinda City. With the raw material of 2360 tons of CPO per day, the refinery and fractionation systems are used with product yields of 1818 tons / day olein with stearin by-products of 372.4 tons / day produced.
