Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi memicu munculnya revolusi industri keempat atau Industrial Revolution 4.0 yang ditandai dengan bersatunya beberapa teknologi atau yang dikenal sebagai fenomena disruptive innovation. Hal ini diperkirakan membawa perubahan dalam 5-10 tahun ke depan seperti peningkatan efisiensi, produktivitas dan tingkat pendapatan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup secara global. Kemunculan berbagai jenis profesi baru tidak dapat dihindari dimana orang-orang tidak lagi bekerja di kantor dengan waktu yang ketat, tetapi bekerja dengan peralatan digitalnya di mana saja dan kapan saja. Pekerja lepas atau freelance dan perusahaan rintisan atau start up semakin diminati dan tumbuh terutama di kota-kota besar, seperti Kota Surabaya. Ruang-ruang kreatif baru untuk mewadahi dan mendorong kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. salah satunya adalah Coworking space. Kriteria lokasi untuk rencana Coworking space di Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu strategi awal yang tepat untuk meningkatkan tingkat produktifitas dan keaktifan masyarakat dalam pengembangan kreativitas serta kegiatan literasi, belajar, dan diskusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kriteria lokasi Coworking space di Kota Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling pada pengelola dan pengguna coworking space di Kota Surabaya, reduksi variabel dengan Content Analysis menggunakan software Nvivo 10, reduksi faktor dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan rumus slovin serta analisis kriteria lokasi coworking space dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 2 kriteria penentuan lokasi coworking space di Kota Surabaya, yaitu Fungsi jalan yang dapat diakses berbagai jenis kendaraan dan Keaktifan dan Daya Hidup tinggi =============================================================================================================================
Technological developments triggered the emergence of Industrial Revolution 4.0 which was marked by the unification of several technologies or known as the disruptive innovation phenomenon. This is expected to bring changes in the next 5-10 years such as increasing efficiency, productivity, and income levels and improving the quality of life globally. The emergence of various types of new professions is unavoidable where people no longer work in offices with tight time, but work with digital equipment anywhere and anytime. Freelance or start-up workers and start-up companies are increasingly in demand and grow especially in big cities, such as Surabaya. New creative spaces to accommodate and encourage the readiness of human resources to face the 4.0 industrial revolution, one of them is Coworking space. The location criteria for the Coworking space plan in Surabaya City are one of the right initial strategies to increase the level of productivity and activeness of the community in the development of creativity and literacy, learning and discussion activities. This study aims to formulate the location criteria for coworking space in Surabaya City. The method used in this study was purposive sampling technique on managers and users of coworking space in Surabaya, variable reduction with Content Analysis using Nvivo 10 software, factor reduction with sample determination using purposive sampling and Slovin formula and analysis of coworking space location criteria with the Importance method Performance Analysis (IPA) using SPSS. The results of this study found 2 criteria for determining the location of coworking space in the city of Surabaya, namely road functions that can be accessed by various types of vehicles and high liveliness and vibrancy.
