Abstract

Pada pembangunan kapal di Indonesia, pemasangan komponen-komponen ruang akomodasi kapal cenderung mengalami keterlambatan. Keterlambatan disebabkan karena rumitnya pemasangan komponen-komponen ruang akomodasi kapal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempermudah pemasangan komponen-komponen ruang akomodasi kapal dengan menggunakan metode off-site manufacture (OSM) atau pada umumnya disebut modul. Perencanaan dan perancangan modul dengan metode off-site manufacture di mulai dengan menganalisis general arrangenment untuk mendapatkan spesifikasi dan tata letak ruang akomodasi, setelah itu modul dibagi atas dasar batasan yang telah ditentukan. Perencanaan tata letak modul ruang akomodasi didapatkan dari hasil analisis layout ruang akomodasi dan list of material modul. Perhitungan rigiditas dilakukan setelah didapatkannya layout modul untuk mengetahui kekakuan dari modul. Proses pembangunan modul dimulai dengan proses fabrikasi, assembly dan equipment installation. Proses pemasangan modul ke kapal dimulai dengan proses erection modul dan diakhiri dengan meletakkan modul ke dek kapal menggunakan crane dengan mempertimbangkan proses erection pada bangunan atas kapal. Pembangunan industri modul dimulai dengan proses analisis pasar, perencanaan kapasitas produksi, perencanaan SDM, perencanaan peralatan dan fasilitas industri, dan diakhiri dengan perencanaan tata letak industri dan penentuan lokasi industri. Nilai TKDN modul captain bedroom sebesar 48%, modul quarter master bedroom sebesar 56%, dan modul lavatory sebesar 21%. Harga pokok produksi modul captain bedroom sebesar Rp. 61.674.014, modul quarter master bedroom sebesar Rp. 40.264.285, dan modul lavatory sebesar Rp. 63.128.867. Industri modul ruang akomodasi memiliki target produksi sebesar 192 modul pertahunnya., dengan pendapatan pada tahun 2020 sebesar Rp. 12.529.951.983 dengan laba kotor Rp. 2.048.491.997. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan biaya investasi sebesar Rp. 18.682.430.193 dan dinyatakan layak, dengan hasil NPV Rp. 3.238.273.885; IRR 17%, ROI 16% dan payback period pada tahun kelima.

In the construction of ships in Indonesia, the installation of ship accommodation room components tends to experience delays. The delay is due to the complexity of installing components of the ship's accommodation space. Therefore research is carried out which has the purpose of facilitating the installation of components of a ship's accommodation space using the off-site manufacturing method (OSM) or generally called a module. Planning and designing modules with off-site manufacturing methods begins by analyzing the general arranging to get specifications and layout of accommodation spaces, after which the modules are divided on the basis of predetermined limits. Accommodation room module layout planning is obtained from the results of analysis of accommodation space layout and list of module materials. Rigidity calculation is done after obtaining a module layout to determine the rigidity of the module. The module development process starts with the fabrication process, assembly and equipment installation. The process of installing modules to the ship begins with the module erection process and ends with placing the module on the ship deck using a crane by considering the erection process on the ship's building. The industrial development module begins with the process of market analysis, production capacity planning, HR planning, planning of industrial equipment and facilities, and ends with industrial layout planning and industrial location determination. The purpose of this Final Project research is to find out the development planning of an accommodation space module industry based on technical and economic aspects in order to increase TKDN. The module captain bedroom TKDN value is 48%, the quarter master bedroom module is 56%, and the lavatory module is 21%. The cost of producing module captain bedroom is Rp. 61.674.014, the quarter master bedroom module is Rp. 40.264285, and lavatory modules of Rp. 63.128.867. The accommodation space module industry has a production target of 192 modules per year, with revenues in 2020 of Rp. 12.529.951.983 with gross profit of Rp. 2.048.491.997. From the results of the analysis, the investment cost of Rp. 18.682.430.193 and declared feasible, with the results of NPV Rp. 3.238.273.885; 17% IRR, 16% ROI and payback period in the fifth year.
