Abstract
Bantuan medis serta obat-obatan di wilayah bencana yang ada di Indonesia sangat butuh perhatian lebih. Pengiriman tenaga medis dan obat-obatan terkendala oleh rusaknya medan menuju lokasi bencana, sehingga untuk pengiriman yang cepat dan efisien dibutuhkan transportasi udara seperti pesawat kecil, contohnya adalah pesawat Cessna Skylane 182. Pesawat Cessna Skylane 182 adalah pesawat sayap tinggi (high wing) bermuatan empat penumpang yang terdiri dari dua pintu dengan performa tinggi, mesin tunggal dan ringan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan desain kendali untuk menjaga kecepatan dengan pengendali throttle pada pesawat agar dapat memaksimalkan efisiensi penerbangan di Indonesia terutama dalam membantu meringankan pilot saat pengiriman tenaga medis dan obat-obatan di wilayah yang terkena bencana di Indonesia. Hasil simulasi dengan kendali FSMC mampu meningkatkan performansi sistem pesawat terutama kecepatan.

Medical assistance and medicine delivery in disaster-affected areas in Indonesia require significant attention. The delivery of medical personnel and medicines is often hindered by field damage in disaster areas, making fast and efficient air transportation necessary, such as small aircraft like the Cessna Skylane 182. The Cessna Skylane 182 is a four-passenger, high-wing aircraft with two doors, offering high performance with a single, lightweight engine. In this final project, a speed control system for the aircraft is designed to maximize flight efficiency in Indonesia, particularly to support the delivery of medical personnel and medicines to affected areas. Simulation results with FSMC control show that the system is able to improve the aircraft's performance, particularly in terms of speed.
