Abstract

fishing didesain sebuah floating fishing spot and resort.
Desain floating fishing spot and resort ini
=========================================================
West Nusa Tenggara in particular the Lombok Islands is one of the most popular tourist
destinations in Indonesia because it has abundant and very diverse tourism potential such as
natural tourism, marine tourism, cultural tourism, culinary tourism and other tourism.
According to KEPMEN-KP No. 57 of 2014, one alternative tour that can be done especially
in the area of Gili Indah is sport fishing or fishing tourism which is not an exploitation activity
but a fishing limited to certain areas where the population and diversity of fish are still quite
high. Therefore, to increase the potential and comfort of tourists in Gili Indah, especially sport
fishing tours, floating fishing spot and resort were designed. This fishing spot ship provides
restaurants and resorts that will make anglers not have to wait long to eat their catch. The
design of the floating fishing spot and resort is a ship with a hull shape under the water in the
form of pontoon with CB = 1, as many as 3 pieces connected to form a unified deck of
accommodation. From the technical analysis process, the corresponding main measure is
LOA = 60 m, LPP = 57 m, B = 29 m, B1 = B2 = B3 = 6 m H = 3.4 m, T = 1.95 m with a
capacity of 96 people. The configuration of the mooring system used is a spread mooring
system combined with a mooring line type of mooring link. Whereas in the economic
analysis, the calculation of the cost of development is Rp 48,997,362,254with the estimated
Break Event Point (BEP) occurring in the 2th month of the 9st year operation and the Net
Present Value (NPV) of Rp 80,968,174,062 for an investment period of 10 years.
