Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas penentuan ukuran pemesanan dan reorder point untuk meminimasi total biaya rantai pasok dengan mempertimbangkan emisi gas CO2. Rantai pasok multi-eselon terdiri dari multi-pemasok, satu pabrik, multi-distributor, dan multi-retailer. Suatu model simulasi kejadian diskrit dirancang dan diujicobakan pada kasus nyata perusahaan garam. Model yang dibuat dapat menemukan solusi optimum dengan menggunakan tools OptQuest pada software Arena. Analisis sensitivitas juga dilakukan pada studi kasus tersebut untuk mempelajari pengaruh beberapa parameter seperti jumlah permintaan pelanggan, waktu antar kedatangan pelanggan, waktu produksi pada pabrik, dan waktu pengiriman barang terhadap total biaya dan jumlah emisi gas CO2.

This research discusses determining order size and reorder point to minimize total supply chain costs while considering CO2 gas emissions. The multi-echelon supply chain consists of multiple suppliers, one manufacturing plant, multiple distributors, and multiple retailers. A discrete event simulation model was designed and tested on a real case involving a salt company. The model can find the optimal solution by using the OptQuest tool in the Arena software. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out in the case study to test several parameters, such as the number of customer demands, customer inter-arrival time, production time at the factory, and transportation time, in relation to the total cost and the amount of CO2 gas emissions.
