Abstract

Periode pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pembangunan suatu daerah diiringi dengan pengembangan prasarana jalan. Hal ini akan membawa perubahan kondisi angkutan barang dan jasa yang meningkat pula, baik volume maupun berat muatannya. Sehingga perlu dianalisis dan penanganan mengenai kerusakan-kerusakan jalan tersebut. Peningkatan Ruas Jalan Bypass Mojokerto STA 48+000 – STA 51+000 meliputi kapasitas jalan, tebal perkerasan, saluran tepi jalan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya. Perencanaan pelebaran jalan menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014, Perencanaan tebal perkerasan lentur menggunakan metode Analisa Komponen 1987 Departemen PUPR, Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03-3424-1994, Anggaran Biaya menggunakan Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) 2016, dari masing-masing hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan dan perencanaan drainase jalan. Data penelitian yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini pelebaran jalan dengan lebar perkerasan 13 meter, tebal perkerasan Laston 10 cm dan tebal overlay 10 cm, pondasi atas batu pecah kelas A 25 cm, pondasi bawah sirtu kelas A 50 cm dan saluran pasangan dengan dimensi lebar = 1 m, tinggi = 1 m, w = 0,5 m. Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar = Rp17,664,686,388.77 (terbilang Tujuh Belas Milyar Enam Ratus Enam Puluh Empat Juta Enam Ratus Delapan Puluh Ribu Tiga Ratus Delapan Puluh Delapan Rupiah)

Economic growth and regional development are accompanied by the development of road infrastructure. This will make changes in the condition of the transportation of goods and services increasing, namely the volume and the weight of the cargo. Because of this change, road infrastructure often suffered minor damage to serve damage. So there needs to be analysis and handling of the damage to the road. Improved Roads Bypass Mojokerto STA 48+000 – STA 51+000 consists of calculation of capacity, thickness of the road, road drainage and the calculation of budget plan costs. The methods used include Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (PKJI) 2014, Planning for flexible pavement thickness using component analysis methods in 1987 and Drainage Ordinance road surface Drainage SNI 03-3401-1994 as well as Calculate Plan cost budget analysis unit price work (AHSP) in 2016, of the respective result of planning for pavement thickness and palnning drainage way research data used include primary data and secondary data. The result of this research are planning for widening the road with a pavement width of 13 m, the road planning with the roughness Laston 10 cm thick and overlays 10 cm thick with the foundation over stone broke class A 25 cm along the foundation below grade Sirtu 50 cm thick and planning drainage with dimention width (b) = 1 m, high (h) = 1 m, w = 0,5 m and calculate Plan cost budget of Rp17,664,686,388.77
