Abstract
Pesatnya perkembangan internet dan teknologi informasi telah membuat perubahan perilaku konsumen dari berbelanja melalui toko tradisional hingga memilih untuk berbelanja online. Untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, mengatasi perubahan perilaku konsumen, dan meningkatkan profitabilitas, manufaktur mulai menggabungkan saluran online & offline sebagai struktur yang baru, dikenal sebagai Dual-Channel Supply Chain (DCSC). Dalam perkembangan DCSC, beberapa penelitian hanya berfokus pada produk tanpa mempertimbangkan lebih lanjut mengenai pelengkap seperti layanan. Ide lanjutan untuk menjual satu bundel produk dan layanan dikenal sebagai Product-Service System (PSS). Penelitian ini membahas strategi penetapan harga untuk PSS dalam struktur DCSC. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini, model matematika dikembangkan untuk membantu dalam penetapan harga. Model yang dikembangkan akan menggunakan dua skenario Game Theory yaitu Stackelberg Leadership dan Bertrand untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analitis, harga optimal untuk semua skenario dan semua pemain di bawah struktur DCSC-PSS dapat diusulkan, sehingga manajer memiliki dasar teoritis untuk mengoperasikan kegiatan operasional mereka. Penelitian penetapan harga dilakukan menggunakan model profit yang telah dikembangkan, pada skenario Bertrand dengan metode penetapan harga secara simultan atau bersamaan menghasilkan profit maksimum yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan skenario Stackelberg Leadership. Percobaan analisis sensivitas menunjukkan bahwa parameter ɸ yaitu faktor penyertaan additional service terhadap main product pada offline channel dan online channel merupakan parameter yang paling berpengaruh terhadap additional service (product-service system), semakin besar nilai pada parameter ɸ, maka profit additional service (product-service system) juga semakin besar.

The rapid development of the internet and information technology has made consumer purchasing behavior changes from shopping through traditional stores to shopping online. In order to widen the market range, respond the customers’ behavior change, and increase profitability, manufacture start combining both online & offline channel as a new structure, is known as DualChannel Supply Chain (DCSC). In the DCSC introduction, some research focuses only on the product without further consideration of complementary servicerelated. An advanced idea to sell a bundel of product and its related services are known as a Product-Service System (PSS). This research attempts to study the pricing strategy for product & service bundle under the PSS concept. To observe this hypothesis, a mathematical model represents pricing decision and managerial behavior in PSS practice is developed. The model that has been built will represent two scenarios of game theory namely Stackelberg Leadership and Bertrand. By using an analytical approach, optimum prices for all scenarios and all players under the DCSC-PSS structure could be proposed, so managers have theoretical knowledge to operate their tactical or operational activities. Pricing research is using a profit model that has been developed, in the Bertrand scenario, simultaneous pricing methods result maximum profit than the Stackelberg Leadership scenario. The sensitivity analysis experiment shows that the parameter ɸ which is the factor of the inclusion of additional services for the main product in offline channel and online channel are the most influential parameter for the additional service (product-service system), when the parameter ɸ increase the value of the additional service (product- service system) also increase.
