Abstract
Rawat inap anak merupakan pengalaman yang menimbulkan stres dan berdampak negatif bagi pasien anak dan keluarganya. Perpisahan dengan orang tua, kehilangan kontrol,luka pada tubuh, nyeri, lingkungan yang asing, dan tindakan medis yang dijalani menjadi stresor utama bagi pasien anak saat dirawat inap. Orang tua juga dihadapkan denga n berbagai stresor, seperti prosedur medis yang dijalani anak, kehilangan peran sebagai pengasuh utama, kurangnya informasi terkait kondisi anak, serta perpanjangan waktu rawat di rumah sakit. Ruangan dengan desain interior yang baik dapat membantu pasien untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya. Kemudahan beradaptasi tersebut dapat membantu proses penyembuhan berjalan optimal Dalam hal ini tentunya staf medik dan karyawan harus memiliki Phsycological Well-Being (PWB) yang baik yang kemudian akan berimbas pada kualitas kerja yang baik pula, sehingga pasien dan orang tua dapat mencapai hal yang serupa. RSUD Dr. Soetomo telah memiliki akreditasi A nasional paripurna dan telah berstandar internasional JCI (Joint Commission Internasional).Pelayanan pada IRNA Anak yang kontinuitas mengharuskan tersedianya ruang yang nyaman untuk mereduksi psikis pasien selama menjalani hospitalisasi. Metode desain menggunakan pendekatan psikologis di mana selain studi literatur, dilakukan observasi interior baik secara fisik maupun sosial, dan interaksi langsung dengan pengguna Melalui tahapan tersebut, maka diperoleh konsep ‘Imagine-Healing’ sebagai solusi desain interior Instalasi Rawat Inap Anak RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya dalam upaya mereduksi stress psikis pasien selama menjalani pengobatan dan pemulihan. Sebuah konsep yang menawarkan pengalaman baru bagi penggunanya melalui desain interior, berfokus pada imajinasi dan tematik ruang dengan mempertimbangkan healing environment dan penerapan family-centered nursing. Menghadirkan suasana yang lively, clean ability, knowledgeable dan dapat memberikan energi. Dengan terciptanya nuansa ruang yang ideal, akan berpengaruh terhadap Phsycological Well Being (PWB) staf medik, sehingga pasien dan orang tua/ pendamping pasien akan mencapai hal serupa.

Child hospitalization is a stressful experience and has a negative impact on a child's patient and family. Farewell to parents, loss of control, injury to the body, pain, unfamiliar environment, and medical actions taken are the main stressors for pediatric patients when hospitalized. Parents are also faced with a variety of stressors, such as medical procedures undertaken by children, loss of role as primary caregiver, lack of information regarding the condition of the child, as well as an extension of time spent in hospital. A room with a good interior design can help patients adapt to their environment. The ease of adaptation can help the healing process run optimally. In this case, of course medical staff and employees must have a good Psychological WellBeing (PWB) which will give impact to the quality of work well, so that patients and parents can achieve the same thing. RSUD Dr. Soetomo has A national accreditation and has an international standard JCI (Joint Commission International). Sustainable services in Inpatient Care requires the availability of a comfortable space to reduce the patient's psychology stress during hospitalization. The design method uses a psychological approach where in addition to literature studies, interior observations are carried out both physically and socially, and direct interaction with users (Patients, Family Patients, Doctors, Nurses, and other Inpatient Medical Staff). Through these stages, imagine-healing concept was found as a RSUD Dr. Soetomo Child Inpatient interior design solution to reduce psychological stress during hospitally treatment and recovery. A concept that offers new experiences for its users through interior design, focuses on imagination and thematic space by considering healing environment and the application of family-centered nursing. Presents an active atmosphere, clean ability, knowledgeable and can providing energy. With the creation of an ideal space nuance, will affect the Medical Well Being (PWB) of medical staff, so that patients and parents / patient assistants will achieve the same.
