Abstract
Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan upaya untuk memenuhi hak dasar rakyat, yaitu hak untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan UUD 1945 dan UU no 23 tahun 1992 tentang kesehatan, Amandemen kedua UUD 1945, pasal 34 ayat (3) menetapkan : Negara bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan umum yang layak. Teori klasik H. L. Bloom menyatakan bahwa ada 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi derajat kesehatan secara berturut-turut, yaitu: 1) gaya hidup (life style); 2) lingkungan (sosial, ekonomi, politik, budaya); 3) pelayanan kesehatan; dan 4) faktor genetik (keturunan). Keempat determinan tersebut saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi status kesehatan seseorang. Salah satu upaya penyembuhan pasien adalah melalui pengobatan dan perawatan yang dilaksanakan dalam ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit. Selain area rawat inap, lobby sebagai penyambut pasien juga perlu diperhatikan. Aman dan nyaman merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan pasien, oleh karena itu dalam merancang ruang-ruangnya harus memenuhi persyaratan tertentu yang mendukung terciptanya ruang rawat inap yang sehat, aman dan nyaman. RSUD Dr. Soedirman merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang sangat berperan bagi pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Rumah sakit berlokasi di Jalan Lingkar Selatan, Muktisari, Kebumen, Kecamatan Kebumen, Jl. Raya Alternatif Luar Kota Kebumen, Kenteng, Muktisari, Kec. Kebumen, Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. RSUD Dr. Soedirman termasuk dalam klasifikasi rumah sakit kelas B yang harus mempunyai kemampuan pelayanan medis yang beragam. Area lobby utama dan Instalasi Rawat Inap, khususnya Paviliun Arumbinang yang terdiri dari kelas VVIP, kelas VIP, dan kelas Utama dipilih sebagai objek desain sebagai salah satu pelayanan dan fasilitas pemulihan pasien. Setelah melalui proses identifikasi masalah, wawancara, membagikan kuisioner, observasi, melakukan studi literature, dan menganalisis data maka didapat adanya permasalahan pada sirkulasi ruang yang belum sesuai standar dan belum optimalnya konsep desain yang diterapkan pada setiap ruangnya. Penyesuaian standar sesuai pedoman bangunan rumah sakit dan pengaplikasian konsep Therapeutic Environtment digunakan penulis guna menjawab permasalahan yang ditemukan. Konsep tersebut mengangkat aspek fisik dan psikologi pada elemen interior yang difungsikan sebagai stimulus untuk proses pemulihan pasien. Konsep tersebut diimbangi dengan suasana homey. Penggunaan warna-warna dan nuansa alam dengan bentukan yang sederhana dan fungsional akan mampu meningkatkan nilai kenyamanan pengguna, terutama pasien dalam menjalani proses pemulihan.

Healthy Development is type of an effort to fullfil the human right, there is to obtain a good human healthy services based on 1945 constitution and law number 23 of 1992 which concerning about healthy public services, The second amendment 1945 contitution, article number 34 paragraph (3) declared that : State must be take the responsible for providing the healthy care facilities and public services worthy. Based on basic theory by H.L.Bloom state there is fourth factors that can be influences the human healthy, the first is ; 1) Lifestyle ; 2) Environment (social,economic, politic, and culture) ; 3) Healthy Services and 4) Genetic Factor (Hereditary). The fourth factor before it can be interact to each other an influence a person healthy status. One of effort to support the patient getting better is treating dan carriying the patient into a inpatient room at the Hospital. Safe and comfortable inpatient room is the most important aspect that can affect the patient healing process, because of the reason we need to designing the inpatient room with a certain terms which support the condition of inpatient room which health, safe and comfort. RSUD Dr. Soedirman is the one of the Hospital that plays a very important role health services in Kebumen Regency. The Hospital was located on Lingkar Selatan Street, Muktisari, Kebumen, Jl.Raya Alternatif Kebumen, Kenteng, Muktisari, Kec.Kebumen, Kebumen, Central Java. RSUD Dr. Soedirman is the one of Hospital which classified of B class hospitals that have a good medical services capabilities. Main lobby area and Inpatient Installation, especially The Arumbinang Pavilliun which consist of VVIP class, VIP class, and The Main Class which chosen as the object for one of the patient recovery services and facilities. After we through some process to identifiying problems, observations, conducting a literature study, and analyze the data that we obtained some problems about circulation of space that were not in accordance with the standards and about design concepts were not optimal in to some area of hospital. Standard compliances according to hospital building guidelines and the application of the Environmental Therapy concept are used by the author to answer the problem. This concept elevates psychology colour and material use as a stimulus for the patient’s recovery process. The concept it is balanced with homey atmosphere. Using a colorfull and nature color with simple and fungsional formations can increase the comfortable level of user, especially patient who on undergoing the recovery or healing process.
