Abstract
Kemampuan sistem hidrolik memberikan gaya dan torsi yang besar dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi menjadikan sistem hidrolik sebagai sistem penggerak yang sering digunakan pada berbagai aplikasi. Namun karena kondisi kerja dan beban ekstrim yang diterima sistem hidrolik, berbagai kesalahan dan kegagalan dapat terjadi pada sistem. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang sebuah sistem monitoring dan prediksi keandalan real-time sistem pengendalian posisi aktuator hidrolik. Langkah utama yang dilakukan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah perancangan observer untuk mengestimasi kesalahan, perancangan algoritma exponential smoothing untuk memprediksi kesalahan dan perancangan algoritma reliability prediction untuk menghitung keandalan. Observer dapat dengan baik mengestimasi nilai kesalahan dengan menggunakan LQR untuk menentukan gainnya. Pada algoritma exponential smoothing ditemukan bahwa time interval terbaik adalah 1,05s. Pada uji coba algoritma reliability prediction ditemukan bahwa keandalan dengan step prediksi 9 step kedepan mampu mengindikasikan akan terjadinya kegagalan pada sistem 4.2 detik lebih cepat dari 5 step kedepan dan 7,35 detik lebih cepat dari 2 step kedepan

The ability of hydraulic system to exerts great force and torque with a high degree of accuracy making the hydraulic system as a driving tool that is often used in various applications. However, due to the extreme load and working conditions, various erors and failures can occur in the system. In this paper a design of real-time reliability prediction monitoring system has been done to hydraulic actuator control system. Three main steps that are key to the completion were : Designing the observer to provide the failure estimation of the system, designing the exponential smoothing algorithm to predict eror’s growth and designing the reliability prediction to compute the reliability of the system. The observer could properly estimate the failure’s value by using LQR method to find its gain. In the trial exponential smoothing algorithm it was found that the best time interval was 1,05s. In the trial of the reliability prediction algorithm, it was found that the reliability with 9 steps forward yield indication that the system is going to go to a failure earlier than the 5 steps prediction with 4.2 seconds difference and 7.5 seconds difference with 2-steps prediction.
