Abstract

Education for now, is not only about academic education, but also children's character and religious education. Many parents now prioritize the development of character and religion of their children. And more and more days, more and more faith-based schools are increasingly paying attention to the quality and competitiveness of each school, starting from improving the quality of teaching staff to improving school facilities and infrastructure. As an Islamic based education foundation that has been established for quite a long time, Al-Muslim foundations, especially high school level, still need some improvement, so they can compete with other private high schools. one of them is to improve school infrastructure that supports the school's vision and mission, namely "the school of the leader". Based on this, an appropriate design concept is needed so that it can create its own identity and characteristics for the school through the interior of the building. In general, the problems faced by schools are the quality of students, infrastructure and the identity of the school itself. By applying the modern concept of Islamic nuances with leadership characteristics, it is hoped that the above problems can be solved. the leadership concept was used to support the achievement of Al-Muslim's high school vision mission as "the School of the Leader". while the concept of Islamic nuance is used to create a characteristic of Al-Muslim High School which also reflects the identity of high school and foundation.
